Samsung Galaxy S10 SM-G973U 128GB Smartphone Unlocked, Prism White

I bought 2 of these "open box" Samsung S10's. These phones looked in excellent condition. Upon closer inspection the backs had been replaced with plastic. S10 have Glass backs. Both had cheap aftermarket batteries installed. One phone had 491 battery discharge cycles and the other had 370 discharge cycles. One of the phone tested as refurbished status, Had I checked the other I am certain it would have been as well. The seller denied everything even though I had an S10 that I bought new to compare them to. I had to get Best Buy involved to get a return and am currently still awaiting my refund. They've had the phones for 3 days already. Buyer Beware!! these are NOT simply Open Box they are well used and refurbished with cheap aftermarket parts. Samsung has spent millions of dollars in R&D, release multiple new upgrades, versions, models, and also updated Android UI- yet it has not been able to produce a good camera.So when I have S10, think of upgrading to S12 or S20 for that matter, except the size and perhaps, a little more fancy look and new Android version, the phones offer nothing more. No matter how much it boasts, advertise and promise new features on its camera- it is no good. Don't get me wrong , I have been using Samsung products for 11 years now, and but the most important feature that it keeps advertising and bragging - Camera quality still lags good quality, and is absolutely miles-miles behind to its closest competition- iPhone. Even iPhone 5 that belongs to at least 5 years ago has better camera that S21.If Samsung takes its users' feedbacks even remotely seriously- they should work kn its camera, get it at least on par or better to iPhone quality else myself or millions others cannot or should I say should not buy S series because it does not offee anything other than flashy new model, additiinal camera lenses and no good photos. Well, I am not certainly spending $2400 on another abysmal camera quality phone- other company phones such as Vivo, Huawei, Mi at much lower prices offer relatively better quality cameras on their phones than S series.In conclusion, if your camera takes amazing photos of great locations with amazing lights- then its by virtue of the location, scenery or lights, not your phones.

My first S10+ developed a display issue after about 3 years..it was still working, but the display all of a sudden, started to fade out..like a washed out look to it. Not bright and clear like it usually was. Colors were wrong and the display had light streaks all over it. I loved the phone and debated getting one of the newer ones..a 21 or 22..but I was already familiar with the 10, so I just got another one. They are at a pretty good price now since they are older..even the new ones. New ones will get harder to find as time goes on of course, but for now, they are around. These have great cameras! Easy to set up and use and all the features I'd ever want. I use a lot of the other features of the phone..I just don't use it extensively or constantly. Battery life is good for me, but if one uses it for gaming or such and heavily uses it, it won't last long of course. Remember, these Samsung phones are not very easy to get into. They require heating up the case along the edges to separate if any work needs to be done inside. Displays are great! Very vivid!
