The phone is exactly as described. It's in pristine condition. It's very easy to use. It doesn't come with a manual but I only had to google it and download the manual. It came with the wrong power cable but I didn't bother contacting the seller as I had a cable that fit. I've no doubt there would have been no issues if I had contacted them for the correct cable as everything else was perfect. It even came with a new clear case to protect the phone which was a bonus. I 100% recommend this company. Great experience.

This is a fantastic phone, so pleased I bought it. Was using a J series Samsung and the difference in sensitivity, user interface, storage and the phone's processing speed is really noticeable. The battery is fantastic allowing me to listen to mp3 for most of the day then spend a few hours surfing of an evening. Also really pleased that it has wireless charging which is super handy. Would definitely recommend, and am very pleased I've bought a reconditioned one instead of forking out twice the amount unnecessarily.

Forced Samsung Update Caused phone to no longer work 10/2/2024

After having [2] S10 phones I woke in the middle of the night 10/2/24 to a phone that was too hot to handle, vibrating about every 20 seconds, and was flashing as it continued to try and reboot as a result of a forced Samsung update. I went to bed with a working phone and now have a phone that I cannot use. It with any battery charge continues the same behavior described above. Prior to finding online resources with many people in the same situation, I went to purchase a replacement Samsung phone. Well done Samsung, make phones unusable so they have to be replaced. Some accountability would be great, either replace the phones you destroyed which were working prior to the update or repair the phones you terminated functionality on with this latest overnight update.

Get this if you need a device for a year or less, otherwise get the Pixel 6A. This outcompetes every A series device except for the A54 and A55.

Waited 5 days to make sure that the device wasn't going to stop working (carrier or otherwise) but everything is going well. I have to charge the phone twice a day which really brings into question the 80% or above battery life claim but it's a 5 year old device so I'm going to err on the side of caution - that said, it's not heating up or running sluggishly which would be indicators of the device running at a higher, more battery gobbling performance mode in order to keep up with the modern world of Trello, Notes, Google Sheets, and basic web browsing. Regardless, with no way of testing this and it not being a major dealbreaker I'm going to continue with the expectation that it's at the claimed 80% of original capacity. Regardless, with no way of testing this and it not being a major dealbreaker I'm going to continue with the expectation that it's at the claimed 80% of original capacity. For reference, I turned my screen brightness to 0% and my phone was at 100% at the moment that I started this review - it's now at 98%. It had no damage - I had to pull some pet hair out of the camera grooves, minor and easy to overlook (and can't see without looking for it - or see at all with screen is on) scratches (very very light) exist. Device is noticably smaller than the Pixel 6 Pro that it had to replace (yay curved screens coupled with a case just not quite raised tall enough to protect the fragile curved section of glass from a side impact.. from a plastic fan that it impacted from 2 feet away) but in about 5 months this device will be merely a test device for my games (: I don't recommend this phone for anyone looking for a phone to last them any longer than a year - it's far better than any phone that you'll find in the market for less than $200 but the Pixel 6a smokes it at that price with (my text input / keyboard is now HEAVILY lagging due to how much text is in this field) a much better camera, CPU and GPU, probably system memory, probably size, definitely updates and software features, but never when it comes to Samsung's excellent calculator that can only be replicated by using both the android calculator app as well as this other calculator app that has all of the conversions in it but kinda sucks as a calculator app. Can't side load the Samsung app, though - Samsung made it so that the app won't run elsewhere. So basically, if you have the spare cash, get the Pixel 6a but if you're just holding out for your proper replacement this beats any low end devices available right now. Only the Samsung A54 and A55 compete on performance (so any other A series device in Samsung's lineup will not run as well as this phone) and the Samsung Tab S9 FE is slightly better on performance, slightly worse for camera quality, has an insane 3 day battery life the way that I use it, and comes with a pen - it's potentially another option if you have $250 or so. When looking for performance details, look up Geekbench 6 for CPU and UL benchmarks for GPU. Just be warned - thermal throttling is a major problem and not all devices cool off at the same rates or throttle equally - some lose 10% of their performance, some lose 85% (shoutout to the Tab S7 lite) so these "first run" benchmarks only tell you what the device is capable of *before* you cause it to heat up by ie playing an "intense game" at the highest settings that the hardware can handle. This device doesn't get hot or throttle unless you take a lot of photos in a row or play 3D games at decent (not high, decent) settings - ie with realtime cast shadows on - expensive for sure, but the game in question was very simple otherwise. Device is now at 92%

Great product well worth every penny
9 April 2024

Dear Samsung Thank You!!!! My cousin has a Galaxy S10 ( the best camera ever) recently coming from an afternoon lunch her phone was launched in the air onto rush hour traffic. After several seconds of rolling and free diving on the pavement she grabbed her device from the freezing concrete. Although the results from the accident were glass cutting painful the phone still works but in a ziplock bag. Moral of the story buy Samsung you can't go wrong. Ps she doesn't know I wrote this but it unbelievable

I'd give zero stars if I could
4 July 2024

My phone got water damaged so I decided to order the same make model. The description said the phone was UNLOCKED, refurbished, and just minor scratches. after fughting with it for the past 24hrs due to not being able to make or receive calls or texts, I called my carrier only to find out that the phone I purchased is LOCKED! The phone also refuses to see my sd card, which is the main reason why I didn't buy a newer because I wanted the external memory. I called the number listed, they don't answer and say I need to email, so now I will likely be waiting till Monday to get a response from them! should have just bought a new phone!

SAMSUNG S23 Ultra Ultra certified re-newed
29 June 2024

The S23 Ultra is my personal favorite Samsung flagship device of all-time.While the S24 Ultra has a few features and specs that are superior to any other Samsung mobile device, thus far, this is still my current model of choice. It's design and performance are more than I could have ever asked for.And Samsung's certified, re-newed process makes it hard to believe than the device has ever been used by anyone else.Totally, completely satisfied.😊

This is the worst restore phone I ever bought.
26 May 2024

This the absolutely worst restore phone i ever bought. I can't use the phone with purchases anything. If I try buy anything phone freezes up. The phone freezes up worst then my last broke phone. The camera suck. I had a brand new s10 this blurry crap is not the original camera. At this point i wish i could get a refund, because my 9yr old could've did a better job. Something shouldn't be sold just off principle and good business. This piece of crap phone is one of those times. This business definitely knew this phone wasn't able to be restored and still made the decision to sell me this piece of crap. The world we live in today. Making a quick buck is better then morals and good business. Never again.

battery os defectove
25 July 2024

phone is great, and apparently new based on the sealed manufacturer's box. However the battery has a very dhort life and after tunning phone fiagnostics several yimrs, I keep getting the reply that the phone battery is defective--insufficient. I charfed the battery fully before doing anything with the phone, and tgen noticed the battery drains very rapidly with little use. It drsins anout 25% overnight withno programs running. i wish I had a phobe number to contact the seller to get this sorted out. I don't have the luxury of sending the phone back for repair. I use it for necessary medical reporting and to call 911 if I have an emergency. So, unless I can reach the seller, caveat emptor!

great but not perfect
9 April 2024

I bought this phone to upgrade from my Galaxy A53, which was in its last leg. So far, ir works great and its pretty fast, but the only 2 things I don't like are: 1) the battery life is a joke - it doesn't even last a full day. 2) the screen edge is just extra - I keep accidentally touching the edge of the sceen, and even putting a screen cover is way more complicated than it needs to be. I think that it is a great phone for the money, but a longer battery life and a regular flat screen would've made this phone perfect. 👌🏼No other complaints, though. Great phone!
