I have had many different brands of cell phones in the past but found that i frequently go back to the Samsung Galaxy Note phones. I recently upgraded from the 10+ after close to three years but it still was working very well. It has lots of features, decent battery life, lots of storage (i got the 512GB version), i didn't have any major technical problems with it throughout my time. My previous Note8 worked well also and my husband was able to get a few extra years out of it after his phone broke. The downside of the Note10+ for me is the camera. It always seemed a little hazy or the shutter speed was slow and i missed great photo opportunities. I had this phone during most of my child's toddler years so i often had pictures of a blurred version of him or his toys. ... The newest version of the Note + S series hubrid (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra) has a much better camera quality and lots of the features i enjoyed in the Note10+.

The description of the phone was "like new" and thats exactly what was shipped... I was very happy as it was the same cosmetically as a new phone.Battery lasts over a day of regular use and I've been using it quite a bit. This replaced my iPhone se 2020 which I figured I would try after only android phones... big mistake. Except for Siri, iphones are useless if you need a phone to do actual work stuff like writing more than one sentence at a time or spreadsheets. You want to take selfies, tic tok, and text then the iPhone is perfect... for real world working class people it's android.

I have completely adopted the Samsung brand due to its many physical and philosophical features and extra services provided by Samsung. I am also sold on the Galaxy Note 10+ because of the s.pen provided. My fingers are not streamlined enough to hit every letter key accurately, and the pen makes it manageable. 12GB RAM is also nice, about 25% faster than 8GB RAM, and as a music collector, the 500GB ROM is essential to me because it will hold my entire collection of 16,000 modern jazz songs. This phone has, if I may quote my Honda 305 Dream owner's manual, "Lots of guts, and plenty of teeth"--the Note 10+ is one powerful smartphone for sure.

My purchased a renewed Samsung Galaxy S10+ I am extremely impressed with the quality of the phone. When I received it, it looked brand new with no scratches or wear and the performance has been flawless. I love the on display fingerprint sensor, which is extremely fast and accurate. The battery life is very impressive, and I use it alot. My favorite feature is the rear camera takes stunning pictures. The price just ovet £200 was also very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the phone.
With this phone, I enjoy the amazing battery life, I can store thousands and thousands of pictures, files, apps, anything!! I also love the size of the phone as a whole, the s10 is the perfect size to hold with one hand or stick in your pant pocket. It's not big or bulky one bit. It's sleek, streamlined design makes it excellent for busy people on the go, who don't want to worry about dropping or losing their most important necessity, their phone of course! I must mention the battery life is also exceptional! I've has this phone for about 3 years now and it hasn't let me down once in the battery or store category!! The wide screen makes it great to watch movies or even type a resume if needed! All in all, this is a fast and efficient device I'd recommend to anyone. ... The only thing I would say takes off a star is the glass of the screen, it's actually cracked three times now, the first two of which had actually made the phone completely shut off and I almost lost everything on it!!! 😵 I've had to get the phone screen professionally replaced. I have no idea how it even keeps cracking, I'm extremely careful with my phone and it never gets hit on anything. I think the screen has a weak spot on the curve of the screen by thr side buttons, because it always cracks in that same area. Samsung, I hope you fix this issue in newer models. I bought this phone about three years ago, and it was just amazing. I loved it so much, but sadly she got dropped and fell out of pockets and purses A LOT. Like a crazy amount. I'm losing strength in hands due to a health condition so she's had a rough life with me. Like it managed to fall between this tiny crack on a stage and 30 feet straight down underneath the stage, the pit, past the main storage area, and into another deeper space for storage flat onto concrete. And the screen didn't really get worse from that, nor did the functioning change at all. That was over six months ago, but she finally took her last fall today on concrete stairs. It fell out of my purse and hit the corners and bounced down a step or two and the screen is hardly functional. I'm so ... MoreI bought this phone about three years ago, and it was just amazing. I'm so bummed because I loved this phone, but I'll definitely invest in a pop socket and a better case for the next one!
Liked that white was available. Liked that 512 GB was available. Liked that phone appeared to be in good condition. Disliked that factory screen protector was missing. This missing screen protector forced me to look at screen to body fit very discerningly for any indications of new screen having been attached. No tell tails were seen, if the screen was replaced it was done very professionally. Battery life is good, 1.5 to 2 days. My cost was $330 including 3 years accident protection. Phone works fine on AT%26T LTE voice and data. The only caution I would point out is if you are ruff or tend to subject your phone to adverse conditions I might suggest not getting a phone with the wrap around screen. This is due to the non existent “defender” like cases being ... MoreLiked that white was available. Liked that 512 GB was available. Liked that phone appeared to be in good condition. Overall I considered this phone to be a decent value.
First off let me address the possible excuses or deflections. Pre Owned and refurbished are synonymous. Unless i just buy something, hardly look at it, inspect and verify it before resale. That would be bad business.Firstly, I bought a protective case and glass screen protector. i am diligent in both taking care of and handling my property with care.last night, i set my phone next to me (bedside table) and all was well. This morning i wake up to it with what looks like polished scratches and a partailly filled in outer screen. Oddly it was the angle sitting up on my bed that revealed the damage. Otherwise, i would have seen this when i received it.Issue %232. For the most part i have been using wireless charging because most times when i plug in it tells me 6 ... Always used samsung, never had that problem.Issue %233It looks like someone took a torch to the side and bottom off the exterior of this phone. there are visible smudges that i am not able to clean (even if i could, it should have come already cleaned and properly refurbished and checked again).Question 1- When it says refurbish on Walmart App or anywhere else, does the battery and outer glass not get replaced? Battery sometimes lasts 1 whole day on a full charge with minimal usage. Come on people, can we do business like we care, even a little?Question 2Does anyone check the device before reselling it.. When i received it (finally) it looked like someone had dropped it into a fecal toilet. Very dissatisfied.Question 3Is the reason its listed as pre owned in good condition rather than refurbished in bad condition a way to deny a refund? That will not work if so.
I purchased this device on 10/18/21 because I dropped my phone multiple times which didn't have such a strong case. Months went by & I was already planning on getting me a new phone. So I researched a lot on YouTube about the best the phone that has strong software capabilities & high tech specs. It all started from admiring the beauty of the device by changing my home screen & lock screen & moving apps all over my home & apps screen trying to make it feel the way I want. Thats where I discovered Good Lock which completely made my experience of android, Samsung One Ui expand. Using Theme Park for my Quick penal, One Hand Operation + for easy usage of the phone cause my hands are small. Lock Star to add in my contact information if I lose my phone very important, put the clock style I want with the lock screen widgets, Nav Star for swipe gestures took me a while to figure out, Home Up to making it look they way I want the grid to look like. The reason why I will recommend this specific device is because it is a beautiful and looks morden. Can still use till now 2022 moving on to 2023. It is very durable with a very protective case. The software is phenomenal with android 11 & One UI 3.1. The ability to customise the phone the way you want, to make it look & feel the way you want also to make your device look totally different from everyone else even if they have the exact phone, brand or other brand of phones. I've not experienced any lag or glitch on the device, works completely great the two punch hole cameras on the front are great. With the ability to have face unlock, fingerprint, pattern lock password and pins now that's fantastic.I will like to recommend that Samsung work on the front camera which is amazing but have a better face unlock ID which will be a great experience and also add widgets to a bunch of 3rd party apps & improve Samsung Notes, Voice Recorder make the voice to text like the Google Pixle 7 Pro, Samsung Music make it more the HUAWEI Music app, Smart Switch to be able to customizable on good lock, make bixby more nice add color to it & the email app.Thanks.
