Samsung Galaxy S10e 128GB Prism Black Unlocked

I LOVE this phone. It's refurbished, and it arrived like it was PICTURE-PERFECT BRAND NEW. Only one hiccup at all since day one, and I think is particular to the particular phone design of the CPU, %26 I've noticed other people have mentioned also about this particular model of phone. Every once in a while the CPU heats up, and the external phone gets physically hot, and the CPU temp measuring %26 monitoring tool on the phone has confirmed it, But it happens only intermittently, if You leave your phone on for multiple consecutive days in a row even when it's not in use without turning it off. The solution has been to use an Android security program that cools the CPU on the phone, and to make it a point to give the phone a break at being constantly turned on for multiple days even when it's not in use, and every once in a while while you are Security system cleaning your phone, turn it off every once in a while when it's not in use, like when you are charging it when you are asleep, or even in between calls when you might be less busy. It worked to resolved it. Other than that minor but resolved hiccup with the CPU, the phone is GREAT and so user-friendly EASY to use, and I LOVE IT! I am still glad, even after months of using the phone,that I made the purchase.

Horrible

I miss my Sony!! So many issues;The screen goes right out to the edges which means (even with the app they wrote to correct the problem) you are always accidentally clicking the screen just by holding it. Also the camera is right in the screen, so if you need to press a button you are out of luck.You need a tool to open the SD/SIM slot. I travel a lot and am constantly switching cards.The power button sticks out (Sony was recessed) easy to lose your charge while charging if the button keeps clicking (in a bag or pocket).The phone is loaded with bloatware that spams you and is sometimes impossible to remove. The alarm talks to you when it goes off.The 'move App to SD card' option seems to be missing.Battery life is no better than my (almost 10 year old) Sony.I ... MoreI miss my Sony!! Nothing but problems and disappointment

I ordered a phone for my daughter and when it didn't arrive after 12 days I got in touch (difficult to do also, went through Facebook messenger to finally get answers). I was told then that it was delivered the day after I ordered it. Well, it wasn't so I had to explain this and then wait till they confirmed what happened with their delivery agent. Once it was confirmed that it was now lost in transit, I could choose to have a refund or reorder. So, I reordered because I needed a phone for my daughter.I ordered they same as before, a Samsung S10e Grade B. It arrived a day or 2 later and I was shocked. You see I ordered from CeX because my son had a very good in store experience and the reviews I read about Grade B products was excellent, almost new, great battery life etc.....What I received was, a phone that hadn't even been wiped down, finger prints all over and dirty, cracked cable and disgustingly filthy, a white cleaning wipe was dark grey after cleaning both. My husband has set the phone up for my daughter and was shocked at the battery life, it went from 80% to 20% within 50 minutes of his train journey and that was just him setting it up, no streaming or heavy usage. I am so utterly disappointed. After the initial mess up you would think they would have ensured that I got an exemplary product.I would have given 0 to 1 star only they sent out a new cable straight away and the guy I finally dealt with on messenger who finally saw it out till the end was great, Altaf I think was his name. It cost me €200 for a phone that doesn't even last an hour for my daughter to have a whatsapp video call with her family overseas. I feel so upset as she was so excited to get her first phone and I really feel let down by this whole process.

Refurbished Galaxy S10e arrived and was perfect.

I have had this phone now several days. There wasn't one mark on the phone anywhere, just a few smudges on the back of the phone, which I cleaned off with some eyeglass cleaner. Screen was in perfect condition. I've never had a Samsung phone before and there are a few things I don't like about. Too much installed junk that I would never use, but you can't delete it. There are a myriad of links to go through under settings. It has some nice settings and some I don't even understand the blurb about it. It has it's own wallpaper service, some are free, some very low-priced. It's now in its case with screen cover on. I think is a keeper, but I will let you know if I decide to return it. Why can't they just put a little tree off their trunk programming with a button for "senior settings" and clear up the clutter and useless stuff and make an easier phone. I'm in my 70s and I just want my phone my way, not Samsung's way. Bit this refurbished phone came in excellent condition, started up fast, runs good. And I thought the price was decent for such a clean old phone. I gave only the 4 stars because of all the junk and too many functions to be forced to figure out. It came with 2 screen savers so you don't have to buy any. You can make the sound thunderous. Beautiful colors. I just love the assortment of wallpapers you can download or buy. There were only a flew glitches in setting it up but that was on me. Senior moments and all.

Save the money - get a new phone. Trust us

NGL I was sooo excited to get this phone for $400 since my S9+ was slowing down. I thought that one generation up would be at least a bit better. I couldn't be more wrong.When the phone came, there were damaged OLED panels. Sago was very nice in exchanging me another one. But I realized there were still damaged OLED panels in other places on the screen. By the time I noticed, it was past the exchange window.The phone was in fact slower than my S9+, and didn't felt like it was in new condition. Even the packaging smelled strongly of chemicals. The only thing that was good was the newer camera. But even that was as slow as my old phone.The worst part is the fingerprint sensor. But that's not Sago's fault, but Samsungs. [Rewarded Review] Falsely advertised product, very poor condition

The item I received (Samsung Galaxy S10e) was improperly and falsely advertised. This phone's description and title did not include anything about being used or in poor condition when advertised. I purchased something I expected to be new as it didn't even mention being refurbished, but the phone showed up in very poor condition. There are scratches on the screen and scuff marks all over the frame of the phone. It was heavily used and beaten up and your false advertising did not disclose any of this. I believe I should be getting some form of refund or discount on this item as I chose this item specifically because it was not listed as used or refurbished as so many other products were.

The phone is nice but they don't referbish phones. These are used phones without any testing done to them, some people get unfunctional phones while others get completely functional phones. I got lucky with a functional phone, the only issues i have with it is its pretty scratched up and the battery health is terrible making it very clear that they dont referbish or even test the phones so now i need to spend about $110 on a battery excluding installation. all together, its a good phone but they should really list it as used and not refurbished as they arent refurbished, also some of them arent actually unlocked phones. mine happened to be unlocked but a decent amount of others have said their phone wasn't unlocked.

Battery sometimes lasts 1 whole day on a full charge with minimal usage. Come on people, can we do business like we care, even a little?Question 2Does anyone check the device before reselling it.. When i received it (finally) it looked like someone had dropped it into a fecal toilet. Very dissatisfied.Question 3Is the reason its listed as pre owned in good condition rather than refurbished in bad condition a way to deny a refund? That will not work if so.

Can still use till now 2022 moving on to 2023. It is very durable with a very protective case. The software is phenomenal with android 11 & One UI 3.1. The ability to customise the phone the way you want, to make it look & feel the way you want also to make your device look totally different from everyone else even if they have the exact phone, brand or other brand of phones. I've not experienced any lag or glitch on the device, works completely great the two punch hole cameras on the front are great. With the ability to have face unlock, fingerprint, pattern lock password and pins now that's fantastic.I will like to recommend that Samsung work on the front camera which is amazing but have a better face unlock ID which will be a great experience and also add widgets to a bunch of 3rd party apps & improve Samsung Notes, Voice Recorder make the voice to text like the Google Pixle 7 Pro, Samsung Music make it more the HUAWEI Music app, Smart Switch to be able to customizable on good lock, make bixby more nice add color to it & the email app.Thanks.

I bought this phone to upgrade from my Galaxy A53, which was in its last leg. So far, ir works great and its pretty fast, but the only 2 things I don't like are: 1) the battery life is a joke - it doesn't even last a full day. 2) the screen edge is just extra - I keep accidentally touching the edge of the sceen, and even putting a screen cover is way more complicated than it needs to be. I think that it is a great phone for the money, but a longer battery life and a regular flat screen would've made this phone perfect. 👌🏼No other complaints, though. Great phone!
