The s20+ was definitely an upgrade from s9+ with many features. I love the moon zoom camera feature. That was a big feature to have. Only keeping the phone steady long enough to take the picture. Maybe if it had a lock on feature. I also love the super fast charging of the battery. It takes a short time to get a full charge. It's really helpful when you need a fully charged phone quick to make sure the phone is ready for anything you need in the moment. I think a neat feature could go along way if there was two batteries that have the same power but smaller to fit both. And they both would be on and running but once the first battery gets juiced the second one takes power. And as you charge the dead battery. Your running off the full battery. Making a more efficient phone charge. The interface could be more professional and playful. Like less steps to get to what your wanting the phone to do like instead of holding down the icon in the notification panel and it takes you to wifi "EX" a small drop down tab could slide down pushing notifications down to access the wifi list. And ect. Other icons. More ways to make the phone yours not look like another Samsung phone. Not just themes but away to customize the look of the phone. I love dark mode it does seem to help the battery. I think if the option to choose more colors like a dark blue or purple. More ways to change the feel of the device keeps the experience more live. As I mentioned before the s20+ was an upgrade from my previous phone and I think bringing new updates that brings the phone new features keeps that upgrade feeling. Even for the user to lock features they want to keep. Allowing the user to have more control over the phone. Over all a great phone and love the new features. And hope to see more greatness happening with samsung smartphones.

I wish I knew beforehand. I received the phone along with the cord and charger. The phone did have scratches around the edges but otherwise looked good. The problem was trying to get it to work with Straight Talk, even though it is unlocked and shows in the listing that it works with Straight Talk. I bought a new SIM card at Walmart along with the monthly usage card. After trying to connect with Straight Talk I found I could not. It kept asking for the MEID/IMEI code for the phone. The phone showed nothing for MEID so I used the IMEI code. The network kept showing it as invalid for the phone. I tried calling the 786.393.6862 number for "Greentechrefurbished' (on the paper included with the phone) but it is a bad number and doesn't reach anything. I was hoping Walmart would provide a legitimate product.
It does almost everything it promises. The 3-press SOS is nice but too easy to trigger. Bear in mind that getting the eSim activated is incredibly difficult, most phone companies don't support it yet, and even if they do it's a costly add on, so until eSims are more common I would recommend the normal version. The battery life is 1-2 days, 1 day if you have all the features enabled, 2 days (3 at best) if you turn off almost everything but Bluetooth and the watch face. Speakers are surprisingly powerful for a tiny watch.I used this watch because I decided to take up swimming, and it was supposed to be safe to use in water, which is nice because its difficult to bring your phone with you when you swim. Speakers are surprisingly powerful for a tiny watch.I used this watch because I decided to take up swimming, and it was supposed to be safe to use in water, which is nice because its difficult to bring your phone with you when you swim. However, the screen died - even though I was only ever at the surface (no pressure), and washed it with fresh chlorine-free water after every swim, used the water mode and water-ejection from the speakers. But it still broke, and was a bit of a pain to try and get fixed - however they did not make me pay for it, which was very good. I would recommend a screen protector because dogs/children/clumsiness will most definitely scratch the screen at some point during the watch's lifetime. Overall, I somewhat regret this purchase - I can't use the eSim, the battery is too frusting to constantly charge, and I'm too scared to swim with it anymore. But it does have a nice oxygen tracker that can be very reassuring (or not) during a Covid infection.
From the packing the phone came in to trying to activate it. I have had problems and have returned this phone. Firstly, the package this phone came in was not great. It came loose in a box that was too big for the phone. I could feel the phone hitting the sides of the box. I would think they would have secured the item a little better and not be free falling in the box. Even though this is a refurbished phone I’m still paying $400+ for it and that still a lot of money.Secondly, this phone is supposed to be unlocked, which means I can use any carrier. I was trying to activate Mint Mobile but I got the error of “Invalid Sim Card” after much trouble shooting with mint mobile they advised my phone must not be unlocked and I need to contact the manufacturer. I was trying to activate Mint Mobile but I got the error of “Invalid Sim Card” after much trouble shooting with mint mobile they advised my phone must not be unlocked and I need to contact the manufacturer. In the description of this phone listed on QVC is says to contact CCR Warranty for SIM card troubleshooting. I did and they have no idea what I was talking about, they said we are a warranty company we do not troubleshoot phones. After that I called QVC support, they advised I called Samsung. They were helpful and made a ticket for someone to call me back to unlock the phone. Although, no one called me back. At this point I packed the phone up for return. The general condition of the phone was good and like new. When I turn on the phone the AT&T logo flashes so that provider this phone is still connected too. Don’t waste your time on this phone.
The phone has worked great so far, good amount of space, nice pictures, ran fast, and more. The screen is big and has good quality visual-wise when playing games or using apps. However... I was already disappointed about the fact that they no longer had a headphone jack that you could attach earbuds (but I'm not sure when that was removed anyway). But then when I finally got myself an adapter, there was this constant clicking that-- no matter what I changed in settings-- would not go away. I went through some sites where other people have been having this problem and apparently it's been happening even to the s10 before this. The person trying to solve this issue posted back in 2020 and it still hasn't been fixed, it's now 2022. It's quite bothersome since to fix it, I would need to pay for an app or use wireless (which fit in my ears poorly and I don't like very much) I also have earbuds that don't need an adapter to plug into the phone and apparently they aren't supported-- but that's fair, they were cheap things in the first place. All in all, a decent phone so far, unless you use regular earbuds to listen to music or other audios-- which is the thing I use, and expected to work properly. I don't want to have to switch and buy wireless earbuds just to have decent audio. :-(
I bought a Galaxy S20 FE 5G this year toward the end of April, and, for the most part, it's been a great phone! Nice and snappy, plenty of storage, great features (reverse wirelsss charging and the SD slot have been among my favourites!) and great battery life, it's been a dream to use!So why the negative score? About six or seven months since owning it, around the middle of November, I started to notice oddities in my touchscreen: severe skipping when I use the swipe-to-type feature of the GBoard (when I try to swipe a word, I end up with multiple one or two letter words), dead zones when I try to tap things (having to tap two or three times to get input to register), registering a tap when I try to scroll, entire dead areas if I’m trying to draw something. ... MoreI bought a Galaxy S20 FE 5G this year toward the end of April, and, for the most part, it's been a great phone! Turning Touch Sensitivity on doesn’t fix the issue, performing a Factory Data Reset doesn’t fix the issue. The problem is completely random, so it’s near-impossible to reproduce, but this happens frequently enough for me (10 – 20 times a day) that it’s become a major annoyance when using the phone. I contacted Samsung Support who connected to my phone and spent about 30 seconds testing it without issue and dismissed it as having nothing wrong. When I expressed my concern about wanting to have this fixed within my warranty period, they pointed me to an authorized service centre to have the screen replaced. I’ve dropped it off at the service centre who’ve told me that Samsung refuses to fix the screen under warranty because they can’t reproduce the issue on their endAll of this to say that I strongly caution anybody looking to buy this phone that you may end up with problems using your touchscreen and, unless you can provide concrete steps to reproduce the issue (you likely can’t beyond just using the phone and praying that it acts up for the service centre), you’ll be expected to cough up to have the screen replaced – even if you’re still within your warranty period.Between hardware issues with this (and my last Samsung) phone, and the less-than-stellar product support I’ve received, this will be my last Samsung product, and I will be cautioning friends and family against buying Samsung going forward.
I picked up this device about two years ago coming from a Galaxy S8 Plus and I was completely blown away! This phone is one of the best phones Samsung has ever made! The first thing I had to test out when I first got the phone was the 120hz refresh and man is it a night and day difference with the smoother experience it makes just navigating and scrolling through apps! If you've never used a 120hz screen before you'll never want to turn it off after experiencing it on the phone! If you enjoy watching content and love those bright vibrant colors then you will love this phone. While the camera isn't the best anymore as it is 2022 the shots and videos that this phone can take are still astonishing! Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed with this phone's camera performance! Last but not least this phone is the last Series S phone to still have a micro sd card which is a nice feature to still have as most phones now are moving away from including this
i dont know if it was just me getting lucky, but i was thoroughly impressed with this phone. I looked on several different sites offering refurbished phones for around the same price. And i am super sketchy about buying refurbished anything, much less something as delicate as a phone. After weeks of looking and reading reviews and specs i knew what i wanted. I just couldnt seem to shake the feeling i was buying a knock off something from some guy on a corner with a blanket rolled out. I personally never even thought to look on the Wal-Mart app. But when i did i saw several vendors whose ratings were high and claimed to have like new condition phones and the price was not much more than the hundreds i had previously viewed. I am very satisfied and will buy again if the need arises.
