I bought this phone for two reasons, the camera and the integration of the s pen. Perfectly satisfied with both. However, two things keep it from being great. The first is battery life is sorely lacking. I didn't consider myself a power user but come on, Samsung. I expected better from a device that cost more than any other on the planet. The second thing is the removal of the additional memory slot. No reason for that one at all. Even though I was aware of it's absence prior to purchase, it still seems cheesy & stingy of Samsung to have taken away a feature that many of us depended on always being available to us. It's not like it could have cost anything in functionality or space, by any means. Bummer. Why take something AWAY from the flagship, tip top of the line ... Stinks of Apple trickery and proprietary wrangling. I've been a faithful Samsung customer for many years & kinda feel a little cheated on this one.

Some of the black paint had come off between the screen and top edge of the phone. It was very minor, you'd have to look close to see it and it will be covered by my case anyways. Other than that there wasn't any sign of wear on the rest of the body and the screen. I didn't benchmark the battery but it seems pretty good overall after using it for a few weeks. It came with a charger and cable which has already been mixed up with the mountain of cables I already have so I can't comment on those other than I'm sure it didn't come with a charger that will do 'super fast charging'. But even if you buy new you don't get one for most phones (including this as I recall). It's about 1/3rd the price of new. And the s20 series is the LAST Samsung to have an SD card which is ... The fact Samsung removed this feature even on their newest ultra phones is terrible.I'm happy to the point where I can't see myself buying a new phone anymore. The amount these devices depreciate in value in just a year or 2, combined with how good the experience I've had with refurbished phones, just doesn't make it worth it for me.

I recently purchased ANOTHER Samsung S20 Ultra 5G 128GB phone and have been using it every day for several weeks now. I have to say that this phone is a great device with loads of features and plenty of power. The design of the phone is sleek and modern, and it fits great in my hand. The 6.9-inch display is beautiful, and the resolution is stunning. Watching movies and videos on this phone is a pleasure. The S20 Ultra 5G 128GB has a powerful processor that handles all my apps and games with ease. I can run multiple apps at the same time, and I haven't had any lag or stuttering. The battery life is great, and I can get a full day of use without having to worry about recharging. The camera on the S20 Ultra 5G 128GB is excellent. I take lots of photos and videos with ... The only downside is the auto-lens, but android 13 will have that fix!The S20 Ultra is a great phone. It has plenty of power, a great design, and an amazing camera. I highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a powerful, reliable device.

I'll start by saying that I'm someone who usually doesn't hold on to phones that long. I like to be on the cutting edge of technology and until the S series phones haven't had much brand loyalty. I typically switch phones within 6 months to a year of ownership. I believe my first S series phone was the S8. It was game changing to me with it's design and software features. Since that phone I have traded up each year to the next Galaxy S phone, the S8 to the S9. Then to the S10 plus and the S20 plus. When I got the S21 Ultra, it was to me the perfect phone. All the things that I wanted to be added to the previous generations had finally made it with this phone. I actually tried the S22 Ultra but don't really like the more square Note style design so I came back to the S21 Ultra. After almost 2 years and even trading for another brands flagship phone recently, I immediately regretted my decision and bought another S21 Ultra off Amazon. In my opinion it's the best smartphone ever released and a famous YouTuber claimed it phone of the year in 2021. I will stick with this phone for now. Maybe I'll consider the S 23 plus, but it just seems like I would be downgrading in terms of release variant since I just don't like the design of the Ultra anymore. The S21 Ultra still performs perfectly so I think I'll stick with it especially since it will get software support for 2 more years.
The Samsung S20 Ultra is a high-end smartphone with a large display, it includes five cameras, and a massive battery (5,000mAh) . It's a powerful device that's great for gaming and multitasking, but it's also quite expensive for the performance. The display is bright and sharp, and the five cameras allow you to take great photos and videos. The battery life is excellent, and the phone can even charge other devices wirelessly. The only downside is the price tag lime I said in the first paragraph. The S20 Ultra has a powerful camera system. The main camera is a 108 MP sensor with an optical image stabilization. It is also capable of shooting 8K video, but it takes up alot of space. The camera system is very impressive and is capable of taking great photos and videos. The 100x digital zoom is also a great feature, although it is not always accurate. The time-of-flight sensor is a nice addition, but it is not very useful in most situations.Overall, the Samsung S20 Ultra is a great smartphone with an excellent camera system. If you are looking for a high-end smartphone with a great camera, the S20 Ultra is a great option.
I've had my Galaxy S20 Ultra 5g since it came out, and I have yet to find another phone that even comes close. The 16GB of RAM makes multitasking better than most gaming computers. I can literally have 2 movies downloading, 4 videos downloading, and 50+ web pages open and be on Facebook and nothing lages for even a split second, and no I'm not kidding or exaggerating one bit. I'm a tech freak especially with phones and I go get hands on time with every single new device as soon as they are in the store and nothing comes close. And yes some of those tutu phone score things will rate a few phones better, but those tests don't mean anything. We can all agree that hands on experience running them side by side it what matters and again, nothing beats this phone. Hence ... We can all agree that hands on experience running them side by side it what matters and again, nothing beats this phone. Hence the reason I still have it and haven't upgraded yet. The only phone that comes close so far is the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g which my wife has.Now the camera and video capabilities on this, again, nothing beats it. A few newer Samsung phones seem to be equal but nothing is so good I can say wow this is clearly better.I have no idea why Samsung hasn't made any new phones with at least 16GB of RAM since or something with 18GB or 20 GB, because that is a deal breaker for me when upgrading. And I know many people are the same way. So I hope Samsung listens to its customers and makes something that appeals to us.Everything else on this phone is the same as what I've mentioned, unbeatable. The screen is outstanding although I wish it was a little brighter at times and I wish the sound was better. But when connected via Bluetooth the sound quality is outstanding.I highly recommend this phone over anything else on the market right now and at the current prices on here and ebay for new, certified pre owned and perfect condition used you can't go wrong.
I have waited 7 months to write a review so I can be precise about it. This device has a hard time connecting to the verizon internet without the help of wifi is my biggest complaint. I have not had ANY issue my phone it'll last a day and a 1/2 without a lot of usage and a whole 24 hours with MAX usage. I also was worried about screen cracking. 7 months later still No issues with that either. My son and husband both have used my phone and commented how smooth and quick it is. This is my 1st Samsung phone ever. I have always been a Motorola girl. But because Of the sensitive touch I took it out of my purse one day and it was completely black I thought it was broken. So I tried factory reset over and over . Come to find out it had just gotten bumped in my purse it was that sensitive and turned the brightness completely black. It was SO black where I couldn't even see the screen to turn the brightness up at all. Camera is not as good as they hype it up to be, but not as bad either. My Droid Turbo 2 had the best camera ever. Even took senior pics with it. I love the size of the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. But that is going to depend on each individual because everyone's hand sizes different I have long skinny hands. I did not go with the S20 PLUS it was too big and bulky and would have had to use both hands just to type. But the S20 5G is just perfect in size to use one handed. I love the pink that it comes in and that's what I purchased. Can't really say anything bad about this phone except for it it needs Wi-Fi even with Verizon service. So I just disconnected Verizon after 6 months I was paying for nothing. If you have Wi-Fi in your home or work then this phone is for you because Everywhere else in the world seems to have Wi-Fi for free. So why pay these big companies. Especially with this phone ...internet does not work 90% YES 90% of the time. I can't make that any clearer. But if you're using it for just Wi-Fi it is an excellent phone. NO problems at all when using just wifi

I've owned the s21 ultra since day 1 and all I can say is I am extremely happy with my purchase. I owned an iPhone xr prior to owning this device and it was quite the step up. The camera quality is almost unrivaled with the 108 mp camera taking superior quality photos even from a great distance as well as sporting a 40 mp front facing camera. The phone is CDMA/GSM capable, has the fastest operating quad core processor, as well as 6.8 inch screen. Speaking of the screen, it is one the most durable I've cone across in a long time. A bunch of drops and the phone still kicks like a mule. The screen is capable of refreshing upto 120hz with a consistent resolution of 3200 x 1400 making for happy viewing as well as some rather enjoyable scenes when watching content. I ... I almost never want to put it down. While there is a lack of a port for a headphone jack it doesn't hinder the potential of use. The sound quality is superb, boasting software by Dolby atmos sounds are crisp, clear, loud. Phone can charge within an hour from almost 0 with "super fast charging" capabilities, battery lasts nearly all day with heavy use upto 2 days on its own. The s21 ultra has a beautiful design and a multitude of colors for those who like customizing to the max. The phone is worth its value and then some. Still receiving support in the form of stable software updates.
I am leaving this review for all the Note loyalists out there. I am extremely commited to phone lines. I had every Blackberry and held on to my last one until I couldn't any more before switching to the Note line. Then, I had every Note, and held on to my last one, reluctant to take the leap of faith because I loved the design, functionality, and specs of the Note line. I read every review, every side by side, trolled all kinds of sites, to see if the S20 Ultra 5G really was comparable to the Note in form and function. I can safely say that it is. When I use it, I just assume it is a Note. It feels like one in your hand, displays like one, functions like one, looks like one, and acts like one. I have the 512 GB in Phantom Black and it is lightning fast, has a beautifull display, one of the fastest recharges in a phone I am seen today, and can manage an extremely intense load (I use mine heavily for both work and play) without showing any signs of slowing down. The camera is ridiculous for both photos and videos, and the aestetics of the phone is impressive. If you are a Note lover, this is a phone for you, and then some. If you are not, then this phone will show you what you have been missing.
