Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128GB - Phantom Black

If you look at the reviews for this phone, past the first page all of them are part of a promotion. I love Samsung, but their phones are getting worse. I reluctantly upgrade from a 9 and I have regretted it ever since. 5G does not exist and if it does, it's a joke. I live in the mountains and my 9 connected everywhere, this new phone I cannot make calls or get text messages unless I'm out of the mountains. That's not the phone's fault, what is the fault of the phone is that I cannot make a call on the network. I get kicked off the Verizon network multiple times a day, so I can only make wireless calls and texts. I value my time too much to go down or call Verizon and spend hours trying to fix it, so I live with it. My phone does not automatically switch from network to wi-fi, I have to do that manually. On the plus side, it takes great pics and it's fast and holds a charge for a long time. I never use the plug-in charger, I use a charging pad. It is a great size and the volume controls are great, no issues hearing someone on speaker. However the speaker for my ear is oddly high up on the phone, so I have to hold the phone really low so my ear is on the speaker, that was the first odd thing I noticed about this phone. Also updates, dear God, enough with the weekly updates. I am not joking, this phone gets updated at least once a month now, but when I first got it, it was every 10 days, a new update.

This is the nicest phone I've ever owned. I've owned several galaxies throughout my life and while they've a been fanatic, this is the best. I bought this phone after living with the iPhone XS Max for two and a half years. My timed with the iPhone solidified my loyalty to Samsung, it was horrible. The husband and I both bought the same phone, two galaxy watches, a tablet, and we are planning on buying galaxy buds because of how fantastic this phone is. The videos are incredibly clear, the pictures are perfect, the speakers are phenomenal, the display and screen are beautiful. There are so many fantastic things about this phone, I cannot fathom why anyone would choose to buy an Apple product with devices such as these on the market. The S21 Ultra is a good phone for the most part!Pros: Great camera which takes crystal clear photos and offers various editing features. It even has this multi-take feature where it takes multiple pics during a session just like a photo shoot!The storage capacity of the phone is fantastic, edpecially if you're a person with lots of pictures, documents and videos on your phone. I use lots of Bible-based videos in my ministry, so this phone meets my needs very well with storage capacity and clarity of videos.The phone is quite customizable. Various themes are made available at no cost regarding the interface of the phone.Aesthetically speaking, the S21 Ultra is very sleek and pleasing to the eye. Even while using battery saver mode, the battery life drains way too fast.Other than the battery life drainage being a little disappointing, the phone is overall a great device. It is my mini pocket assistant!
