This product is not fit for purpose. It's the slippiest cover I've ever purchased, I constantly felt like I was about to drop my phone. The frame is so stiff and brittle it will offer no shock resistance and cracked through the thin section surrounding the charge port within days, not sure how, can only assume just from being taken out of my pocket.Asked for an exchange online for a different product - not possible. This case was used for only two days before the hinge tab broke off. The whole hinge snapped off as I was resting my phone down on the table. Hinge is designed poorly and cannot properly support the weight of the phone. I contacted the customer service to see if this was because I got a faulty case, but they basically told me "too bad, go buy a new one". Such a disappointment for a $40 case! Would give 0 stars if I can. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CASE.

This was my first CSC. We were on holiday last week and I prefer to use the EVF of the camera than the LCD/Amoled display since it is not very useful during bright sunlight. But for what reason the EVF of both camera became blurry, therefore I can not use the EVF. Tried to adjust the diopters of both camera but both remained blurry and useless. This was our first family holiday and it was so disappointing. I was stuck using the LCD/amoled display on a bright sunlight. The build is not as sturdy as I thought. Worst thing is that I bought the NX10 as a back up but same thing happened. Although it has all the feature that I need, it is not as sturdy as I thought. I got a set of these with my new Samsung 50-inch LED TV and they have been superb! I worried a bit about 'ghosting', as I'd tried 3D TVs in the shops and always got a slightly blurry image, but these are crystal clear and the 3D images on the screen simply come alive. I am a full-time glasses wearer too and they fit nicely over my prescription glasses. They're lightweight and comfortable and unobtrusive - I often forget I'm wearing them! I also sit about 5m away from the TV and they've never once lost connection, probably partly due to the IR extension that came with the TV.My only comment would be regarding the on/off switch: it wasn't clear in the instruction leaflet that you need to physically turn them off! Nice durable case and tight fitting. Theres only 2 things i have to mention,1. the stand bits can come off relatively easily but they just snap back on.2. I wish they had done a cover over the camera lenses, even if it was just a bit of glass or plastic because dust does build up in the little camera holes and you need to remove the case to give it a proper clean.But all in all a fantastic product those 2 issues are more inconveniences than problems.Would recommended
They show the icons of your notifications in the picture but what they don't tell you is that they go away, just the time, date and battery shows. So you need to wake your phone using the power button to see if you have any notifications OR just open the cover.Another thing that needs to be changed is the brightness. You can't use it in your room at night, lights up the whole room. What I do is I leave the cover opened and the regular AOD shows and that's fine. (sigh, yes I have the brightness set to minimum) Good thing I didn't pay full price for it.Overall, I think it looks sharp, protection is adequate but it needs to be tweaked in the operating system to make this case super great. Little things make the experience better which this case lacks.
The Note 20 has been an absolute gorgeous companion. It definitely surpasses all the iPhone models in many ways. Many friends of mine who own an iPhone marvels at my camera quality. However I have to say Bixby is not as smart as Siri. So I look forward to see more improvements in the future. Another thing is the language input. Only the maximum of 4 language inputs are allowed to be set up for the keyboard. Being a serious language learner, it has been very frustrating that I could not type in all the languages I wanted. I am sure it is not hard to change this setting for the software developer. So hope this can be resolved one day.

I've used plantronics, blueant, motorola & Roman (chinese make) and I can definitely say that this headset is much worse than the chinese one.Activating the multipoint is a project on this headset and Samsung helpline doesn't even recognise/aware product model from them in UK. which means zero product support.Once multipoint is activated, talk time on fully charged headset is max of 2 hrs.Comfort and grip is the worst.
