The battery life is really good and I haven't had any issues with the phone so far - admittedly I've only had it for 2 weeks. Previously I had the S20+ which I thought was really nice until my cat knocked over a vase onto my phone and cracked the screen! Reluctantly, I decided to upgrade rather than replace the screen (£250 - £300, ouch!). I say reluctantly because I had tried to upgrade late last year to a S22 but sent it back because it wouldn't even last a full day on one charge. I was very pleased to experience the complete opposite with the S23+ which can easily make two days on one charge and that's with GPS / Location, WiFi, Mobile Data all permanently switched on. I appreciate that both the S20+ and the S23+ phones have bigger batteries than the regular ... The speakers sound good and clear, the screen is very nice and I don't have to buy any 3rd party app to enable the side button to active Google Assist instead of Bixby (via routines).The only negatives I can think of is that I can't insert an SD Card to expand storage size and, being used to the S20+, the flat shape seems a little 'blocky' - placing both phones next to each other they are both the same thickness but the S20+ appears thinner due to the curved edges. Cloud storage and the fact the S23+ has a minimum 256gb storage doesn't really make the SD Card a big issue for me personally, and it's easy to forget about the slightly 'blocky' design when the battery lasts this good.

The updated operating system has some good features and can be quite intuitive especially with things like the text message quick responses. I also purchased a wallet style case for carrying it in and protection, which I really like.I also really like that the battery life is so long. It says it will last for roughly 2 1/2 days on a single charge. I have not tested to see if that is 100% true, but have gone for close to 2 days before charging and still had around 20-25% battery left.I think it's a great phone, a little pricey, but most of them are. Yes, I would recommend the S23+ to those who don't think they have to have the very top of the line model.

But I was able to get some good preorder and trade in deals toward the S23+, so I jumped. I knew that with the release of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 that this phone was supposed to be exceptional in terms of all around performance, power efficiency, and battery life, and it has not disappointed. I've been purchasing Galaxy phones since my very first S 8 and several other models through to this S23 +. My last was the S 21 5 G, and I was totally blown away by its performance and all the new features that were introduced with that phone. There was nothing that I couldn't do with that phone, anywhere that I went, or work or for pleasure/ hobbies.Now comes the S 23+ and I've become even more impressed with all the improved and new features that this model possesses. Including the 8K and HDR capabilities and for sound, Dolby in all its glory.Streaming is magnificent and the seamless interface is quite the thrill whether gaming or viewing various streaming movie services.The onboard storage is awesome, mine is equipped with 512 GB even though I'm doubtful that I'll ever fill that up anytime soon.In conclusion, Samsung Galaxy phones are always on the cutting edge of mobile technology and it only gets better with each new release of mobile phones and must not forget the new apps which are also a grand reason to be included and not forgotten either.I'll always be a loyal Galaxy S-Series mobile consumer and expect nothing less from Samsung, there is nothing better than Samsung mobile !!!
