Another let down is though the tablet has fast charging capacity, the charger supply with accessories is low watt old telephone charger .So be prepared to purchase fast charger as addition if you haven't got one already. Overall very good product with support for the lasted Android13 update as at time of review.Good for whole family as long as you avoid the 32gb version.super sound with Dolby Atmos, decent display screen size .Good response time and performance, wouldn't disappoint when playing games.

My device works flawlessly, the only issues I have are the battery life and time it takes to charge. Other than those things. This device is great. I use it daily. Either playing movies, games or even monitoring vehicle data thru my Obd2 Bluetooth interface. It would be great to have more programing features for tuning a vehicle. I would think that would be a priority to add to the platform due to the popularity of this new day of automobile enthusiasm. The gaming could use a few more clicks of sensitivity on the control side of the applications. I do appreciate Samsung ongoing efforts to improve the devices it carries. I also think that Samsung should bring the Note Series back into the spotlight. These devices should have never gone away. I have spent the past 15 years respectively using the Note line. The one I'm stuck with now is the Note 10 because it was sent to me in error I am unhappy with the non expandable memory I had ordered the Note 10+, and with unexpected events that were bestowed upon my Note 9 I was forced to use this Note 10. It's good but having the SD card feature would make it better and it needs to be a bit bigger in my opinion. I feel like I'm going to break it in my hand. It feels small and dainty. All of the other Samsung products that I have used in the past and in the present have been great.. Samsung does an excellent job taking reviews and criticisms and implementing great devices from them. Keep the innovation coming and I look forward to futur

This tablet is great for the average user in every way. The A8 has many things that it gets absolutely right. Then it struggles to do a few things that it trys to do but ends up just not giving the consumer the experience I think they would want. The A8 absolutely hits it out of the park for design, display, sound and quality all for the lower price point. The display is amazing for streaming and scrolling through social media. It's vibrant and very punchy. The sound is great for media of all kinds and it has the benefit of having audio being produced out of multiple speakers. The tablet in the hand just feels like quality and durable compared to previous versions. Hands down this tablet is the best quality out of the A series in a while.Where this tablet starts to show its struggles is when you use it for any productivity. Multiple apps open task this tablet regardless of their use of the tablet CPU/Memory. Things like office apps and multiple tabs is where this tablet shows it's desire to be more of a streaming and social media usage device. The cameras are good enough for most tablet uses and dona good job at video calls. The biggest downfall of this table is the lack of Spen support. If this tablet had included this simple feature I would have given this 5 stars and had near no complaints.Don't get me wrong this device is great for what it's meant to do and does those things great at this price point.

With four speakers aboard and Dolby Atmos for tuning via headphones, you can expect great sound. I was very pleased with the overall response of the speakers, which produced rich, detailed sound. Though you can plug directly into the headphone jack, I found the speakers great on their own. The Tab A7 may cost a bit more than competing low-cost tablets, but the extra cash is well spent. It’s no pro-grade machine, but for everyday activities such as watching videos, browsing the web, and even gaming, it gets the job done and then some.

It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, which is paired with 3GB or 4GB of RAM depending on the model you choose. It's not the most powerful combination out there, but it's plenty fast for most everyday tasks like web browsing, social media, and streaming video. It can handle light gaming as well, but don't expect to run the latest graphically intensive games on it.Battery life is another strong point for the Tab A7. Samsung claims up to 13 hours of video playback on a single charge, and in our testing, we found that to be a realistic estimate. That's plenty of time to get through a long flight or a day at the beach. The only real downside to the Tab A7 is the camera system. The rear camera is just an 8-megapixel
I received the tablet yesterday. I spent a few hours setting it up. Today, I went to connect it to e-mail accounts (for my mother who knows nothing about computers etc...), I got her e-mails connected and the whole unit went black. I thought it was dead. The battery was at 100%, so that wasn't it. Hard restarting didn't work, charging didn't register at all. Nothing at all shows on the screen but deep black. Then after trying again to hard restart the unit, I saw the Samsung logo way in the back behind the black screen, so I connected it to my computer and was able to see the internals of the tablet, so it was on, but it appears the screen blew out. Samsung customer service is of no help. I gave it time and tried again, it made no difference. I have no choice but to return it, WITH my mother's personal accounts still active in the device. Not happy. I have purchased several open box devices in excellent condition and never had any problem, until this one. There are no signs of damage. Who knows what the previous person may have done to it. Otherwise, It had a nice, vivid display, easy settings, fast internet, and would have been good for my mother to look things up on her own after I got it ready to go for her, but she wouldn't know what to do if anything like this happened to her. I also liked that the front facing camera is in the center of a landscaped screen, so unlike with an iPad, you might actually show up in the center on a video call instead of creepily from an unflattering side angle. The camera worked but the picture quality was so so.

This could be improved.2. **Software and Updates:** Samsung's software experience on this tablet could be smoother, and timely software updates may be a concern for some users.3. **Camera Quality:** The camera is mediocre at best, but most users don't rely on a tablet for photography. Nevertheless, it could be improved.4. **Speaker Quality:** The audio quality is adequate for casual use, but it lacks depth and clarity for a truly immersive multimedia experience.User Experience:The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is a decent budget tablet that caters to users who primarily need a device for media consumption, web browsing, and light productivity. Its display and battery life are its standout features, making it suitable for entertainment on the go. However, the tablet's performance and software experience could be more refined, and it may not satisfy those looking for a powerful, productivity-focused device. Conclusion:If you're on a budget and need a tablet for basic tasks and entertainment, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is a reasonable choice. It offers a good display and battery life for its price. However, it falls short in performance and software refinement, so users with more demanding needs might want to consider higher-end options.

I think it will play over 8 hours of movies before I have to consider plugging it in.Very impressed. It doesn't have wireless charging, but no need for it on a 10 inch tablet. I might plug it in over night, and then use it for many days before needing charged. And my screen time is insane!Mine is at least 3 years old, and still is up to today's tasks and requirements.I think the higher memory choice is key when choosing devices these days. And no need for option like wireless charging as that's a gimmick used to sell crappy units to people who have no clue.More muscle and less gimmicky options for your money.I'm gonna buy again when it's time.
