Hi. I bought a pack of three filters. This was the first time I was installing the filter into my new Samsung refrigerator. The first filter that I placed a filter and did not notice faulty gasket. I've had a really horrible leak it even went through my floor into the basement a bit. I installed the second filter and it worked well. The faulty gasket filter caused me to clean up the whole mess and of course using fans to dry my brand new wood floor. My home is new built home. It was very extensive and I just got out from a major surgery. So it really caused me a terrible heart ache.

One page with all instructions in one language?5) I have a hard time justifying the filter price for only 6 month of the filter functionality. My next fridge won't have that expensive lifetime club membership. Thanks for understanding.FINAL NOTE: It took me almost two month to get the RIGHT filter with the hassle of returns and reordering. It took me almost two hours to REPLACE AND RESET the filter by reading the manual, watching the videos and searching the internet. RONA - thanks for having the right part. Keep absorbing the liquid.When you're done, insert the filter in as mentioned above then place half a paper towel on each side where the drawer normally goes. I closed the fridge and came back a couple minutes later to check if the towels got wet and they didn't.Return the drawers and hopefully next time you replace it, it won't leak. 🤞

Same issue as everyone else. Bought the two pack Samsung filters and replaced my water filter. The First filter expanded so much it started to cause the door water dispenser and in-fridge pitcher to randomly stop working. Quickly replaced with the second Samsung filter and a few days later water leaked all into my lower freezer and all over the floor. Replaced with an Amazon filter. When I performed an online tech call, they noticed the Amazon water filter wasn’t Samsung and “Ahhhh that’s your problem” and blamed it on the “non Samsung filter”?Don’t know if it is worth risking water come out of the dispensers or risk having water leaking all over the floor?For now I just by bottle water and not have to worry about leaking water into freezer/floor. I bought samsung bespoke fridge, and then I got this filter for modelDA97-08006C-A. I have the DA97-17376B replacement filter. I am pregnant and I thought this filtered lead. I can't find the performance data sheet anywhere for this. I relied on this filter to filter lead because it had the NSF label. I bought a genuine one. Where is your performance safety data sheet for this? If you can't provide that to me, then basically I was duped by shady marketing. If you need a filter to filter lead, I advise anyone to do their research as it seems this product is duping people into thinking it filters lead.

I bought the genuine replacement filter for my Samsung Bespoke 4 door flex fridge when the bought the appliance 6 months ago. As soon as the fridge told me to replace the filter, I did so. What a mess! It leaked everywhere. Then I looked here and saw that this is an ongoing issue. Has Samsung fixed this since I bought the filter? Not only did I purchase the Bespoke fridge, I also purchased the matching range and microwave at the same time. Is this really how you treat customers? What is the fix for these defective filters?

Based on reviews I read on this site and others, I did not this this filter would work. I watched several videos regarding the replacement of the filters and some mentioned to turn the water off to the refrigerator and some did not. The old filter would not come out without turning the water off. Once I did that, the pressure released and I was able to replace the filter with ease. No leaking from the filter or anything. As the refrigerator was pulled away from the wall I used that as an opportunity to clean before pushing it back into the space. No problems at all.
I bought the two pack f Samsung Water Filter Genuine Water Filters. Replaced on 1/3/2023 and water leaked over all my floor and flooded inside of frig. Filter was installed correctly. I tried second genuine water filter and same thing - water leaking in frig. Yes it was secured. I even showed Tech guy via phone. Now I have two brand new water filter that cannot be used. Samsung owes me two new filters. HAF-QIN/EXP - DA97-17376B (I hope they seal)
