I received this as part of a promotion with the Jet 90.At first I felt it was more if a gimmick, but after using it, it's a pretty impressive bit of kit. Clearly, it's not an essential item but it serves a purpose and if you live in an apartment then I can see that as the main use case. The bags do seem kinda small, so will be interesting to see how many times it takes to fill. It can be a little on the loud side, so keep that in mind when using. One thing that was unclear in the manual - the dustbin that comes in the box replaces the one that ships with your Jet 70 or 90 - just transfer over the filter section and you're good to go.

The idea of the clean station is brilliant, but the product itself is rubbish. If anyone in the house has hair longer than a short haircut, it cannot be emptied in the clean station. Instead the hair wraps around the filter in the canister and no matter how many times you put it in the clean station it cannot get sucked out. I need to keep knitting needle next to the clean station to try to hook out the stuff the clean station leaves behind (which is about half). The inability of the clean station to empty the canister also reduces the suction ability of the vacuum. After spending $1000.00 on the vacuum & clean station I am so disappointed, this is the worst vacuum system I have owned.

Great attachment for cleaning hard surfaces. It seems to clean well with minimal effort. The disposable (wet wipe like) pads are a great option and are capable of holding a surprisingly large amount of gunk. Would be five a star review but the sprayer didn’t work, out of the box, until I used a pin to clear the nozzle - as recommended by other users. It seems like such a seemingly widespread problem would have been addressed, especially since this is something that could be fixed by the distributor/wholesaler vs. the manufacturer since the solution is so simple. However, once fixed the sprayer now works flawlessly.

Paired sith the vacuum its a great match. Had I have seen this a year ago I would have scoffed at the notion. How hard is it to empty a vacuum right? But since then we bought a robot vac with an auto clean station and needed a stick vac for deeper or portable cleaning. Not having to deal with dust flying everywhere is awesome. Remember that the canister that comes with this needs to replace the canister that comes with the vac. Looks pretty sleek and just chills in the corner but can be rather loud during operation. Otherwise does exactly what they say it will!
Pros:- It works, giant on-off switch, temp buttons. Pretty straightforward- Cheapest unit. Save maybe $1k compared to Daikin units.Cons:- Thermostat is pretty inaccurate, seems to be reading from the intake, which gets colder than the actual room temperature as it's in the roof. This means you need to be constantly adjusting the set temp as it warms up.- The unit won't switch on if the room temp is close to the set temp, so you have to push it up a few degrees to 'kick it off', then go back to correct it so you don't freeze/overheat the place.- Setting the timers is tricky cause you need to use the manual to read numbers/codes. The Daikin unit is much more straightforward.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Samsung v90 and clean station in a bundle. At the time I thought, for the same price as a Dyson, I could have the stick vac and clean station so I bought them. For me, vacuuming is never really about the vacuum itself, but more so about how long and how complicated the emptying process is. I have all sorts of allergies and emptying the vacuum, cleaning the filter, and pulling out cat fur by hand is literally a health issue. Enter the Samsung Clean Station. This thing is amazing, out of the box there no setup, just plug it in and away it goes. Once you need to empty the vacuum canister, just pop the lid open of the clean station and put the canister on it, twist and the clean station comes on ... It takes roughly 10-20 seconds... And best of all, no dusty anywhere. Strongly recommended
Works great with latest Samsung Jet 90. It comes with extra canister with exit door in front. So the original canister that come with the vacuum can be put aside. This is old version that come with extra full function canister. The newer 2022 version only come with the outside cover of the canister (without the internal filter). So, 2022 version is cut cost version of old clean station (old version is this one that I'm reviewing).
I bought a jet bot. It has a recurring issue where it cleans a small patch and returns to base saying it is finished. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get engagement from Dust Svc - often the chat and phones just cut you off. Finally sending it off to be looked at (with threats that I may have to pay) - it's less than 3 months old. Now I am trying to buy dust bags (I was mislead to believe that all dust containers could be emptied and re-used) - and they are NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I have never been so unimpressed with customer service support for any company.
Mine also did not spray water, after some trouble shooting found that the nozzle where the water sprays out was blocked as I could hear pump trying to pump the water. I poked a sewing needle in the tip of the spray nozzle and now it works great. Suspect probably just a little bit of plastic covering the hole from the molding. Used the included disposable wipes for first clean and it did a great job. I am happy with it Samsung just needs to work on its QA such a small failure on an otherwise nice attachment.
We moved into our home 4 months ago and have had so many problems with our air-conditioning because of this control panel.Turnings itself off after an hour. Turnings itself on at midday, but only on certain days. Switching itself on in rooms that we dont want and not turning on in rooms that we have set to turn on. Changing from cooling to heating by itself - just to name a few issues..The design of the controls and way the panel works is so so complicated. You would think turning on certain functions would be as easy as clicking one or two buttons. Buttons that are clearly labelled so you know exactly what you're looking at. Instead, there are just numbers flashing back at you ranging from 0-8 and each number had a different function. What are those functions? ... Absolutely no idea!If you click on the wrong button, the 'restricted' icon will flash back at you, when you dont even know why the button was wrong in the first place! We absolutely cannot wait to replace this product with a much simpler control panel.
