We didn’t realise having a good vacuum would be this good, we should have done it years ago. My only gripe is it is a little plastic feeling but this is obviously to keep the weight to a minimum so I can see why Samsung has chosen to go this route. As soon as I got it home I did a test run around the house and the amount of extra dust and dog hair that it picked up was amazing (and shocking)! The different vacuum heads are also amazing, especially the mop head! When you're done you just place it back on the tower and it dispenses with all the dirt without any espacing. It also comes with an extra 5 bags which will last a long time. The accessory stand is the MVP in this package. EVERYTHING fits on it! And it charges the battery also! I purchased this when it first came out in Feb 2022. The battery lasts long enough for me to vacuum my whole house (on max) with charge left over. It also comes with a second battery which is great when swapping from vacuuming to washing the floors. I was sceptical about the wash function but it does an amazing job. I put a bit of hot water in the sink with disinfectant and put the pads in then wring them out and place them on the Jet elite. The floors (hardwood) come up really well and I'm very happy with this unit. The accessories that come with the unit come on an accessory stand and are exactly what I need. another plus is that you can take the main vacuum head unit apart and clean it. I highly recommend this product, it's awesome.

Loved the vacuum and Samsung products generally until the vacuums motor blew during the first two months of purchase. I called Samsung and wasted countless hours and instead of being sent a new vacuum I had to go to a service centre for repair and assessment. 3 days later I get a call to advise that the motor was in fact blown and that the part was replaced. Upon picking up the vacuum I came home and noticed a whistling sound coming from the dock and the battery on the unit itself does not charge anymore. In other words there are now new faults to deal with that we’re not there previously. I called Samsung again expecting a new vacuum to be sent but no, an hour later and I need to await a decision from head office and it is very likely that I will need to go back to ... I purchased this in Apr 22. I have been using this for last 6 months. Positive : 1. Very powerful suction and has variable suction settings at the flick of a button. 2. Battery life is great, runs for about 22 minutes on mid range suction. 3. Robust and high quality construction Negatives: 1. I am 5 1/2 foot tall and felt that the telescopic wand of vacuum stick is too long even with the minimum length setting and felt pain in the shoulder. If you are shorter than 5 1/2 foot, then you may feel pain in the hands and shoulder as the height doesn't meet ergonomic movements of body. 2. This does not have LED headlights which is a great feature to have. 5. Once you use the integrated cleaning station, and then try to use the vacuum, the lid of the vacuum dust bin remains open and you won't notice it. With the lid open, you can still start the vacuum, but it won't clean as the sucked air/dust goes out of the dust bin. i.e. there is no alarm or warning when you start the vacuum with its dust bin lid open. 6. Charging pin socket of the accessories cradle is not easily accessible, as it is hidden bit deep underneath the base of the accessories cradle.

The vacuum itself is very light and very agile, not too loud and easy to manoeuvre the corners and under the beds and behind the lounge. The dual head is very comfortable to go from floor boards to high pile carpet. It is so easy that I thought I might not even need the slim head. The pet head is great for lounge, car and the actual pet bed (we don't have a pet). I managed to vacuum 5 bedrooms with carpet and living room with carpet and the kitchen, dining room and the formal area with wooden floors in one battery usage. I kept the power on Mid and altered to max only occasionally to see if it would make much of a difference (not really for the cleaning outcome) the high pile carpet was thoroughly ... THE mop head.... I enjoy this the most because you don't need to use muscles to make use the floor is cleaned it use the polishing action to get the job done. And finally the hero .... emptying station!!! isn't nice not to get dust in your face ? just nicely place the vacuum and let the dirt disappear .... You're the winner in the end. One comment might help very tall people, make sure you give it a try prior to purchasing to make sure it is long enough for your height.
I won't repeat other 5 star reviewers' comments as they're all spot on. Suffice to say, this vacuum cleaner has turned vacuuming from my biggest chore into a pleasant experience. With 3 dogs in the house, pet hair has always been a problem, but not anymore. The Jet removes virtually all hair even from my Kilim rugs, which have been a challenge to clean. Removing the dirt in the cleaing station is a breeze and since I have the cleaning station sitting in the living room (looking pretty fancy too), even multiple returns for emptying are easy. I used to drag myself to the cupboard to get the old vac out. Now it feels like I need my Jet fix everyday ;-). Expensive but well worth the investment!

I wanted something that was as close to the reliability and power of a corded vacuum as I could get but with the freedom and convenience of a cordless. It certainly surpassed all my expectations compared to the very well known brand of stick vac it was replacing. From the convenience of dual battery life to the amazing auto emptying it has made me actually enjoy vacuuming. But it’s also the little things it does that really make it amazing (never thought I’d say that about a vacuum cleaner) like the battery life indicator tells you how long you have left in time not progress lights ... Yes it is pricey and I so wish it was cheaper but once you realise it’s probably the best that’s currently out there (and I did spend a lot of time researching online before buying) and when you empty the first bin, you realise vacuuming can actually be enjoyable. It looks so good that one can put it anywhere in the house it doesn't have to be hidden in the laundry or closet, and on top of that it performs very well. It does the job as well as any vacuum cleaner I've ever had and also mops the floor. When finished cleanering just put it back on its stand and it empties all the dust and debri from the cylinder into a sealed dust bag. Wonderful, no more dust particles flying around. I also love the caddy that holds all the tools and the extra battery that is charged through the caddy, and its so light and easy to carry around, wonderful accessory.
