Adapter Trouble

This item is trouble. 99.9% sure it is Pirated, hence referred to as Pirated in the below. The Pirated Micro SD adapter do not fit properly. You have to use force get the micro SD into the Pirated adapter. The camera I tried it in replied "No SD card" Putting the micro SD in the adapter (a real Samsung adapter) I earlier used in the camera it accepted the card. Putting the Pirated adapter with a real Samsung micro SD in the computer I could view the photos on it but I could not delete the unwanted ones while the computer claimed they where protected. It was not possible to unlock the Pirated Micro SD adapter as the "tab" was missing. I can not believe Samsung have produced this item.

I bought this for my samsung phone because it was low on storage. When i arrived it seemed alright or so i thought... When i tried it out, ot said you needed to format it to your phone so i did, without any troubble, then i went to the appstore to get an app i needed, but couldn't get due to my low storage space. I pressed download, and shortly after it said "you dont have enough storage space. Delete some apps to continue." So i went to check on the sd card. This was when i noticed that you can only put photos directly onto the sd card and anything else, eg. Apps, games. Would have to be transferred. So i tried to transfer some apps and pictures too but it didn't work. After trying for ages eventually I pulled out the SD card and give it a wipe down this evening ... MoreI bought this for my samsung phone because it was low on storage. Eventually it finished and when i went to the homescreen to try the app, it was broken. I strongly dont reccomend this item due to the ammount of troubble you have to go through for it to NOT work.

I stuck this in my phone, as a boost for additional storage. With the included adapter, I copied the files from the old phone that I wanted, & slipped this card in place. There wasn't any formatting needed, & the card (of course) fit in the designated spot easily. There is a tiny ridge on the end, so you can pull the card out when you desire to do this. The micro card also easily fits into my other micro to sd adapters, direct computer slots & works fine.Seeing that I keep this phone in my card, I don't remove it very often, but did a quick test to see how it wrote on the computer, as a stand alone micro drive & it did very well. It's fast writing & transfer times are important when you're trying to capture an image on your phone, & when you want to physically ... MoreI stuck this in my phone, as a boost for additional storage. There wasn't an additional plastic holder for the adapter to sit in, so you'll need to use one of your other flash media containers if you want to protect the pins in storage.Overall, I expect many years of continued service from this flash media, with numerous writes & reads.

The Real Deal
8 March 2018

The market has been and continues to be Flooded with Fake SD cards, Forgeries and outright junk with lots of bad sectors. Also BEWARE of Any CHINESE bid auctions that show up as "New Listings" that end in less than 1 to 2 days that use CANADIAN money!! If you bid and win, the item will get REMOVED After the auction ends and you will have been BURNED ! Trust me, I had THREE auctions in one day go that way. From now on if I don't see the original packaging in several actual pictures then I won't go near it. If it is a "STEAL" of a deal/price, you will certainly find out WHY. Now this cute little 16gig card was purchased for a new old Samsung Gravity 3 to load music onto it and it works Splendidly. So just a tip for the Samsung phones, if you use the right SDXC card you can use double, triple or even quadruple the phones listed memory limit. I found this out on a Galaxy S Relay qwerty slider with a 32 gig limit and put a 64 into it, no problem and then checked the Gravity with the 32 from the Relay and that one worked also. Anyway, I am ONLY using Samsung EVO SD cards in ALL 5 of my Samsung phones and 1 LG Optimus F2Q. I won't even consider Sandisk or any other brand.

I cannot give CDM test review because I have two of these and the two are in my phones (NOKIA 6.1 and Motorola e5 Plus) but so far the card has performed well, not a single issue storing files or reading them. I took the card out of the phone and put it in a card reader and I saw a 90MB/s reading and if I'm correct the same goes for Writing. For $20 you can't go wrong with this micro-SD card, even though I'm not a big fan of their SSD but there are other cards which are not U3 and that's the key, tog et a U3 because these are the highest and most accurate in terms of R/W speeds. I'll never get a U1 card for sure. Too bad I had to ditch my 64GB PNY cards, which there's nothing wrong with them, just not large enough for my needs. I take way too many pics and videos as I travel constantly and download lots of movies from my streaming provider and watch them on the plane.

I am pretty impressed with the Samsung Evo microSDHC 32 gigabyte sd card. I first tried it in my android smartphone and was able to move my media around and free up a lot of space. While on vacation for a week I tried this card out in my go pro. I had no problems with it the whole time we were there. Outdoors style trip.. camping, horses, trails, dust, dirt and rain. Never had any problems with it and the videos and pictures turned out great. We also tried this card out in one of our home security cameras. Did a wonderful job. I was able to move files fast. I didn't realize a card could move files so quick. I'd always purchased a different brand and I don't know why just have always stayed with the same brand. Til trying this one out. [Rewarded Review] work so fast!!!
3 October 2019

I wanted to arrange my pictures and music on my laptop. This memory card came at the perfect time. I wanted to put all my pictures in one place. This did not disappointed. I transferred a lot of my pictures and music. Folders has a minimum of 160 pictures. I was surprised on how fast the transfer was. Each folder was transferred in less than a minute for my pictures. Music and videos took a little slower than the pictures but it is still the fastest compared to my existing memory cards that I used. This is also very easy to use. Works well with my laptop and DSLR camera. It also comes with an adapter so you can use it with devices that uses micro SD as well. Overall, I am happy with the performance. I highly recommend!

The hanging card for both was very similar. One had SAMSUNG in blue block letters at the top & a RFID chip inside; the other had SAMSUNG in white letters inside a blue oval, also at the top, but no RFID chip. When I tried to format blue oval, both Motos said it was corrupt & refused to use it. The nice people at eBay cheerfully refunded me my hard earned bucks. The Moto G4's recognized blue block letters as a "Sansung SD" card & formatted it no problem & it works fine. The Moto G4's did not come up with a name for the blue ovals. I did make a run down to a local retailer & they had the blue block letters one for sale & I bought one, albeit for more than I paid on eBay. It also had an RFID chip & formatted fine & works fine. I'm not sure what to say about the blue oval RFID less SDXC card - a random DOA or a counterfeit or ? The blue block letters ones are working fine & I'd buy them again if the need arose.
