Purchased from Gepps Cross store on the 29-5-20. Excelent staff service. Easy to set up once I found the Bluetooth setting on the TV, which is only a few months old. From then on everything went to instrunctions. Could not believe the difference in sound as the TV volumn is very low when watching Foxtel movies. Best test listen to music with the bar on and then turn off. I don't need to listern to Thump-Thump noise but this unit rearely sounds great and gives good volumn.

A definite no frills soundbar, easy to setup. Basic features as expected for the price, sound is good, deep bass - definitely better than the TV. Only complaints is the optical port on the bar itself is quite loose, no click-in , so a slight nudge and it'll come loose, might be remedied with a better cable. The volume can also be a bit variable, not sure if its the tv or the dynamic sound control - but it can get loud at times or drop significantly. Still working out the settings!

This is a really good clean looking minimalistic system. Paired with a 2019 Samsung tv so the tv remote works on it. Set up via Bluetooth. There’s no hdmi in for this so keep that in mind. Fits perfectly for a 55 inch tv. Would probably look okay with a 65’ as well. Probably go for a larger one if the tv is larger than 65. Bass is decent.

Good sound for the price but unfortunately doesn't connect by bluetooth to my Sony TV, and had to use the optical cable instead. When using the optical cable, the speakers will power up again even if the TV and soundbar are turned off unless the input source is changed. A little annoying but otherwise happy to recommend.
Bought this one recently and, despite the lack of features like HDMI or 3.5mm jack, this still is a pretty solid sound bar. I saw people having trouble with the optical cable. I suggest that if you are to use it, make sure that there is very minimal amount of curves in the cable. Try to make sure to straighten it out.Subwoofer is amazing and very powerful (house getting shaken down). Just hooked this up to a Samsung TV and watched Venom on netflix. Suprisingly pretty good sound levels but only when you adjust the treble and bass yourself, 'standard' pre-set is ok, the rest of the pre-sets aren't so great. Have to turn volume up to about 70 to 100 Max. to hear any sound clearly. Overall sound is Warm and still Clear with deep bass, just the right sound quality for music and movies.
I’m not sure how your technician has confirmed that the soundbar is operating properly. The service technician witnessed the soundbar issue whilst it was connected to my Samsung TV. He checked all connections. I have video footage of the soundbar volume maxing out with remote batteries removed.Woolley are delivering my soundbar on 16/09/2021Your service has been appalling. I purchased this soundbar along with a 65inch tv. This soundbar would have to be the biggest piece of rubbish I have ever bought. I have had nothing but issues with this since I purchased it. I would go to take it back and it would start working properly again. Now the subwoofer won’t connect to the sound bar which is just over a year old, the rear speakers won’t connect and they are just a few months old. When you spend good on money on a product that is not fit for purpose and does not do what it is suppose to do it is very frustrating. Not good enough Samsung.
For the price, it was definitely a steal. Samsung is a great brand and one of the cheapest bars at HN that came with a subwoofer as well which REALLY makes a difference. Super easy to install, very light weight and even comes with a wall mount if You wanna mount the subwoofer which is actually pretty smart. Adorable little remote, super quick delivery and great quality!
I bought this a few weeks ago with the expectation that it was wifi connected, and I could put my Hey Google app through it.It has been a great sound bar for my RV, but I haven’t had any luck connecting my computer or mobile phone to it yet, so I have had very limited use from it. Disappointed with the money I spent - I could have got what I needed by spending half the amount on something else.
