Wife & i went to 2 well known bricks & mortar stores over 2 days & checked out many washing machines, i also checked online and found that appliances online were exceptionally good.Appliances Online were $200 cheaper than H-N for the same brand & model, plus FREE next day delivery & removal of broken 10 year old top loader that did a good job for our family of 4 & dog bedding.Due to our 1st experience with appliances online, i can honestly state that their "Legendary Service" is bona fide.The father & son team were friendly, on time & very professional, i also had a question concerning the product extended warranty and my call was answered immediately.

I love this machine and the ease of use. I can fir 2.5 loads of washing into 1 load, thus reducing the amount of times I am washing during the week.Although I dropped one star as I find that the clothes are very tangled at the end of the cycle, sometimes making it difficult to untangle. Not great for people who have any neck/back/shoulder issues. Other than that, I would recommend it.

A great looking washer that’s easy to use. It has some a large range of wash cycles without becoming difficult to operate. The lint catchers actually catch a lot of lint. The washing functions are totally customisable.Machine is quiet when spinning.I’m only 163cm tall, the drum is very deep so it can be a bit hard to reach small items at the bottom.
The machine is basically washing our laundry adequately. The control panel is difficult to read during the day as the backlight is not bright enough. The 12kg capacity has definitely reduced the number of loads our family needs in any given week. It also helps to have this size for blankets and other bulky items.
I am very pleased with our Samsung washing machine. Easy to program and quiet. Takes blankets and heavy loads.Service from Appliances on Line terrific, order one day arrives the next day. Carriedup the stairs and the old one removed and taken. Thank you.
I have had this machine for 3 months the lid locks on start andwhen machine finishes will not unlock it took an hour on one occasion to unlock it.. would not buy another Samsung washer
Much quieter than our old Fisher & Paykel 7.5 kg. Many adjustable options but intuitive. Spoilt for choice. 2 lint filters inside tub. Huge tub without the full size agitator. Great for quilts and dog beds.Delivery guys so friendly, well-mannered and helpful. Even though machine was temporarily out of stock at time of ordering, we ordered anyway & were always informed of tentative delivery date which changed due to factors out of their control. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Great pricing too.
We wanted a big top loader to be able to handle washing doonas and bedding. The machine does this well as its BIG and powerful, but there are a couple of annoying factors in using this machine on daily basis. Firstly I thought the machine was going to be like my old 8k Samsung, flexible washing with easy to use settings. This machine use requires a manual read, plus you cant just add a sock mid cycle as the lid locks shut and you have to shut it down and start again if your game enough. The actual size of the machine didn't fit in the laundry ( I know its not a Samsung fault, I should have measured) but the house in a new build with standard size doorways we had to remove the laundry door to fit the machine in. I loved my 8 kilo samsung and hate the big new 12 kilo monster that will probably swallow a family member and send us all deaf.
