This SD card is fast! If you're not familiar with the classifications, U3 is fast enough speed for 4k video (and like usual the SD card also works with a slightly older format with C10 being the fastest possible there). If you shoot 4k you need this card or a similar one, but even outside of 4k you might need this.I do much more photography than video and I always shoot in RAW+Large which means when I do a burst of shots the card can only handle so many pictures before it starts to slow down to catch up on saving the files. I compared this to a C10 card (not U3 + C10) and this took 3 more burst pictures before it started to slow, and even when slow was saving them faster. Just be sure you're getting a large enough one to store what you need.

I bought the SanDisk Extreme PLUS to be used on my newer Canon EOS mirrorless device, and so far, it's been working great. I can shoot continuously from the camera and quickly retrieve the photos and videos from it. In terms of cost, I'd say that it just feels about right when compared to others. One thing I liked a lot is that BestBuy had it in stock, so went to the store to check on it and other ones, and finally decide for this one (yes, I did an online search/research of the product before heading to the BestBuy store.)

I bought this version for the write speed. This has worked well when shooting a bunch of high speed continuous shots with my Canon R5 mirrorless. i have not yet experienced the annoying "busy" display when the camera was buffering to write the shots I had just taken to the memory card. I used to get "busy" often with lower speed cards as the buffer had to catch up. I lost seconds which doesn't sound like much, but is frustrating when shooting aircraft, races and sports.Of course, as with any technical product, your results may vary.

I've bought quite a few SanDisk memory cards for my digital cameras over the years, and I have never encountered any problems. The same has been true in my experience with this memory card to date. There are always incremental increases in the speeds of memory cards on the market as time goes on. I bought this to replace a memory card I purchased around 5 years ago. This card is about 20% or so faster overall. If you're an avid photographer, it's definitely worth the small price to upgrade ever few years.
I bought this memory card when I bought my new Sony ZV-1F along with the accessory kit (which included the tripod and a single 64 GB). I bought this camera with the intention of vlogging and taking photos when I go on trips! This little card can hold up to about 4-5 hours of HD 60 FPS videos on my ZV-1F, where as my 64 GB one can hold up to about 2 hours of the same resolution.Having this 128 GB memory card on hand gives me a peace of mind when I go on trips so I can film/capture all that I want without having to worry about what I should keep and delete. I am super happy with this memory card! It is also really small and compact! :)
I used two of these to make cache drives to improve system speed of a Dell E5430 4gb and a MacBook Air 7.2 4gb. Performance upgrade in both was noticeable and immediate. The upgrade was an easy bang for the buck boost without removing any backplates or panels with a screwdriver. OTHER UPGRADE PERFORMED AT THE SAME TIME: The MacBook Air had a 90% full SSD. I removed 32GB of photo files from the Mac Air to an external drive. I upgraded the Dell E5430 to 16GB of dual channel DDR3L RAM from Microcenter when it came back in stock. Both machines are now zippy. No hanging up anymore. New life for reliable machines at minimal cost.

I’ve had the 32 GB SanDisk Extreme PLUS Secure Digital Speed Bump Memory Card for a couple of weeks now. I’ve used it in my video camera and then used the card to transfer my videos to my computer. The transfers are super fast and easy. I feel like my videos and photos are extra secure because the memory card is Temperature proof, waterproof, shock-proof, and X-ray-proof! I’ll continue to buy SanDisk memory cards.
SanDisk has been my go-to for secure digital cards. I've had a few different cards from them and they never let me down. The Extreme PLUS SD card feels well made. It's not flimsy or cheap feeling. The little lock button on the side glides well and isn't too loose. I like that there is an area to write on the card to label it. The little notch embedded in the card makes it super easy to pull out of the reader using a finger nail. This is not typically required unless the card sits in a deep reader slot or perhaps if it got stuck. As for the speeds, they are consistent and in-line with class 10 cards. I used this card in my digital camera and it was able to keep up when doing multiple frames per second. I always choose SanDisk memory cards when possible. Secure and reliable -- important to all photographers. Great value, especially when on sale. Highly recommend this one, though it has more memory than I normally use in one day. Yes, when traveling, I change memory cards every day. Simple to do even when on the go -- card is simple to remove and replace. One of the best.
