Satechi Slim W3 Wired USB-C Backlit Keyboard (Space Grey)

Works great with my Macbook Pro when using it with external displays, mimics the feel of the Macbook keyboard with a little extra key travel for a more solid feel. Got it at a steal too so I can't complain!

Awesome keyboard.

Love everything about it so far. Just wish the screen brightness adjustments worked on my max mini display. Other than that, it’s a great keyboard! Typing on it is a dream.

Double key presses ruin an otherwise decent product

Quite often this keyboard generates double key presses. I have tried to adjust my typing angle, pressure, speed and intensity but it continues to happen. I thought perhaps after a week or so it might break in and start responding better but I still experience the double key presses.

Excellent value and quality

I wanted to place my 2014 MacBook Pro laptop on a stand to improve my posture, which makes the onboard keyboard difficult to use. Mostl;y for that reason, I wanted a separate keyboard but also wanted to have the full numerical section. This illuminated keyboard from Satechi feels great and makes my work more pleasant!

Good Keyboard

Very nice keyboard with a backlight. The touch of the keys is a little better than the Apple keyboard it replaced. The backlighting has a bit too much bleed-through around the edges of the keys but overall I like it.

Good Quality, Stylish Office Keyboard.

Quality built keyboard. Backlit but only white (not RGB). Not suitable for gaming as it has a small latency but otherwise for general purpose use it's good value.

Good value

So far I’ve been happy with this keyboard. The keys are reliable and responsive. Some of the Mac function keys are different (for example, Expose is missing). And the backlight seems to have three settings: off, too dim and too bright, with most of the light coming from the sides of the keys. Outside of that though, the keyboard is a good bargain and one of the few wired Mac keyboards remaining.

Great reliable keyboard

Great touch and feel to the backlit keys. No setup, never need to worry about batteries or wireless signal.Feels similar build quality to Apple original magic keyboard, for half the price.

Keyboard and mouse purchase

I just purchased the slim W3 keyboard. I like the feel and touch of the keyboard, along with the aesthetics, and so far it has worked well. I'm a little nervous about it as I also purchased the wireless mouse. The mouse has not worked at all, and I will be sending it back for a refund. I'm concerned about the overall quality of these products. Very disappointed in the mouse purchase.

Well made

This keyboard is well-made and at a good price point. It's less than the comparable Apply keyboard, yet feels like it goes with my computer. It's designed well and has a solid aluminum feel to it. The backlighting is great as well.
