The silicone tubes were my prior favorite. The tubes, on the other hand, take up some space in the nose, restricting airflow slightly. These stretch the nostrils outward without putting pressure on the sensitive septum or restricting airflow. They come in a two-pack; I used the first one nightly for almost 6 months until it started to clog up my nose. We'll see if the second one lasts as long as the first. It's a fantastic offer. Great quality and the size really suits me.

I bought this for me and my boyfriend. He has nasal valve collapse and this helps him sleep at night and to breathe better during his workouts. The material (ingredient) is a nice sturdy silicone and it springs the nostrils out for better breathing. The quality is nice but the size is to big for me. Would recommend for people with larger noses.

The Nozovent is working for me at this time as I await nasal surgery required due to a serious fall in which I crushed my nasal cartilage and my nose will not expand on inspiration, expiration while sleeping. I will be ordering more in future. Thank you for carrying this product as it is giving me breathing relief until my surgery. Also, I might add that I am on a medication that makes surgery very risky for me so if the Nozovent can work well enough for me I may not have the surgery.Have a good day.Sharon Spencer-Holmans

An amazing product to help you breathe at night. Opens your sinuses better than other insert products, especially in the lower cavities. I have very poor sinuses, after several surgeries, and this product is literally changing my life. I no longer need the external nose bands (Breathe Right) as these do a better job. Just keep them clean and flat, and each will last a few weeks. Nozovent - never stop making these!
Absolutely the best nasal dilator on the market! It is superior in both airflow improvement and daily usage impact.I've used Nozovent for every sleep for 4 years and dont feel rested without it. I have never experience discomfort or sores on inside of nose - unlike some other nasal dilators.Also easy to clean and iHerb has the best price in market as well.
For me, Nozovent devices are lifesavers. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, never really wanted to do CPAPs—and now that I would like to try a CPAP, I can't imagine taking a sleepover test all night at a hospital.Combined with a dental mouthpiece (it moves the lower jaw back to open up the airway), the Nozovent allows me to get a decent night's sleep. And, says my husband, he cannot hear any snoring. (On the other hand, he IS hard of hearing!) :)The only negative: they loose their rigidness sooner than I would like.
My poor partner has had to contend with my loud snoring so I tried to find multiple methods to help him get a better sleep. So far he gives thumbs up for this one. I do feel I can breathe easier with this, and it's better than a throat spray that makes my throat dry and uncomfortable (another method I tried to help out my poor partner lol...). Just a note that it took a while to get used to inserting it correctly. Probably better just after shower so your nostrils are not too dry. Overall since my partner said it worked to reduce my snoring, then it's all good for me!
This product works great and I use it almost every night. The only downside is that sometimes my nose is a little sore the morning after from the pressure. However, it makes my sleep quality much better. Silicone is easy to clean.
these ones are different. I ordered the lightly yellow colored ones, which are softer/gentle on the nose.these silver looking ones are harder and hurt more. Because i got used to the yellow one, took a week. I can only wear the yellow ones for up to a day.these gray silver ones from iherb, i can only wear for maybe 4 hours. then inside my nose starts to hurt a bit.Its possible to pass out with these though, and get used to them. I dont want to give less than 4 stars, but i didnt expect them to be different.its really nozovents fault. they should have specified that.
it didn't seem to be working. it is not comfortable enough and it feels like plastic inside your nose. maybe it's size was too big but I barely used it. the quality is not good enough and it is not intuitive to use. I would not recommend it. although I did like the color and it has no taste of smell
