I gave all of my old cookware to the Salvation Army Donation Center and I have no regrets.One time, I accidentally left a pot on my gas stove for over 8 hours. Results: the food was scorched, but the pot was in perfect condition and there was no kitchen fire. I will never buy cookware from any other company.

One of the pans arrived damaged (the handle was broken). I bought the pan set on sale while my new house was being built. 32 days later (after the box being in an extremely safe location) I went to set up my new pans in my new house. I called customer support instantly. They said there was nothing the could do.
This is my first replacement of scan pans in thirty years. The new set, Classic 8-piece cookware set is such a great deal and I. believe will last a lifetime. Thank you. Note: I am still using my older chef pan and my 7 quart alongside my new. It has changed my cooking moments.
I had a few of these pans when I purchased this set. I highly recommend them, they last forever, can be used in the oven, cook and heat evenly. I could go on and on. Just buy them, you won’t regret it.
Product exceeds Expectaions. I got tired of buying cheap pans and pulled the trigger on Scan pan, they are 5 times heavyer and beefeyer than cheap ones . My wife was impressed, hopefully they will last a long time, have had them for a month
These pans are one of the greatest buys I have made for my kitchen. They are everything that you need in cooking pans. Very durable, work well with no overheating or scorching and they are really durable. I won't buy any other pans again! Scanpan is the real deal!
I got my set in December 2013, after a few years of lite usage (I'm a millennial, I don't cook at home very often, just a few times a year) the non stick coating has been peeling off. This is happening across all the pans in this set. I called Scanpan customer service for help as it claims to have a 'lifetime warranty', but all I get is the run around. Sur la Table is the only retailer who sells this product, but they won't help the customer as its beyond some made up 90 day satisfaction guarantee. I'm really bummed as these were an expensive set of pans and I assumed the manufacturer would stand behind its warranty. Obviously this is a manufacturing deficit, the metal was likely not completely clean of oil before the ceramic non stick coating was applied. A ... Happy owners after one week of use. Researched online and found Scanpan best met our needs. Found Bloomingdale's to have the best price and customer service - a great combination! Cookware has great release, heat distribution, easy to clean and reasonable weight. Love the dark charcoal color and no rivets on inside of pan for easier cleaning.
