The Scanpan baking dish and rack was a gift. The "receivers" are absolutely delighted with it.I have the same baking dish (without rack .... sigh) and love mine too. Been using it for years for Sunday roasts and for lasagne when there is a gang coming around.

this is my favourite product. Use for baking anything from a couple of spuds to a full roast. extremely easy to clean just needs a wipe with paper towel and nothing sticks to it
