Bought this 1 month ago paired with and induction cooktop also purchased at Harvey Norman. I must say the pans are sturdy, look great but most importantly transfer heat from the cook top to the food exceptionally well. They are easily the best cookware set I have ever owned. I searched for hours through stores and on the internet and Harvey Norman's price was the cheapest sometimes by $400. It was shipped to me within 7 days. I am most pleased!!

Save your money! I am not sure if this is true scanpan, the copper coloured band around the base is not real, it is a coating which is missed in spots, and very faded on some pans. The lid on the dutch oven does not fit, I tried one lid it was too big, the other is too small. On the few saucepans I did try the colour immediately faded first go on a low heat. If this is scanpan then I am sure it's the rejects.

Excellent product. I use my Coppernox pots on a electirc glass cook top and have found that the Coppernox pots come to the boil in half the time my old copper base ones do. I purchased them for when I upgrade to an induction cooktop but am already sold on the quality and better cooking/frying/steaming results I am getting. For anyone that has trouble with handling heavy pots, these are a dream with extra handles.The handles are heat resistant that work a treat. Great value for money buying from Everten and had quick delivery.
I did a TONNE of research and hunting around before finally deciding on the Coppernox range. They're absolutely superb and just tick every box - the 5-layer base with copper & aluminium cores, the glass lids, the heat-proof handles, fairly lightweight, good for ovens & induction, 10-year guarantee - and they look brilliant! Professional quality and perfectly designed. We couldn't be happier with them.
Pretty happy with this purchase. Using on induction so I can't comment on how well the handles do with gas but they stay super cool on our stove. Heat is very even. Handles could be a bit chunkier and the silicon between the glass and steel on the lid is not always perfect. All pans pitted slightly after first use but no adverse effect on cooking. I decided to go without the nonstick as I wanted something that lasted. Sauspans with nonstick have not held up to lots of stirring for me in the past.
This set of cookware was purchased as a gift for my daughter who is building a new home. A beautiful looking and quality product will be a pleasure to cook with.
I have bought a set of these saucepans for my daughter and I hope she loves them as much as I do. Having used them myself for several years now I have never encountered any problems. They heat evenly, maintain temperature and are easy to clean. I use a stainless steel cleaning pwder for any stubborn stains but in the main is is a gentle wash and using a soap pad scourer is generally ideal. Apart from cooking food well, they look good too.. I would also like to comment on the service and state that to date I have received items in a very timely fashion and the follow up advice is always very good. I love using kitchen warehouse, not only for the great deals but also for the prompt service....
I bought these pots and pans a few weeks ago. I followed every scanpan instruction perfectly, but every time I used these, food would stick, not cook properly, and take a deep bicarbonate soda treatment to clean even the most simple of foods cooked.I hated these pans.Then, after googling, I found out I needed to season these pans in the oven using an oil that has a high smoke point (I used avocado oil). Once I did this, these pots and pans were like a dream to use. However, nowhere in the scan pan instruction booklet or website did it state I needed to do this, hence my deduction of a point. These pots and pans are great once seasoned properly - scan pan should include instructions on how to do this to avoid frustration!
