Good size and shape, however very heavy. Non stick surface performs well.I am using it on my AGA and it even fits in the oven when needed (baking or simmering ovens only because of temperature limit). To improve the pan needs another ‘handle’ opposite the main handle to make it easy to carry it when it’s heavy. However if it had that it wouldn’t fit in the AGA oven.

The non stick surface is working great with about 3 months of regular use. Unlike Greenpan that had already worn off by that mark. I wish the sides came up just a bit higher to accommodate larger amounts of food or to move food around without it easily going over the sides but overall im very satisfied with it.Also wish it came with a lid. It does not

So far, I?ve bought 3 skillets and 1 sauté pan with lid. They are all the Pro IQ series. I want to collect more pieces but since they are so expensive, I have to wait a few months in-between purchases. I LOVE this cookware! It really does have even heating. Other makers just claim their products heat evenly. Not only that - it is a dream to clean up! And the best part is that I can use regular utensils and tools instead of plastic ones! I just wish that Pro IQ included a bigger saucepan that is between the 3.2 qt and the Dutch oven. These products have a Lifetime warranty/guarantee. They do not lose the surface of the pots ever. That alone is one super reason to buy these products!

This was my alternative to a cheap non-stick pan. I was angling for light weight, since most of my cooking happens in cast iron. I bought the 12.5 inch pan.wow! It's not lightweight, at seven pounds, but is it ever nice! Now, I'm talking about the shape, because you get real advantage out of all those inches. The handle is comfortable, but you aren't going to be doing any flipping with this pan. It's too heavy. You might grill three sandwiches. You might make three pancakes at a time.Whatever you do, you're going to like the pan, until you have to lift it. If you have arthritis, you'll groan. I do. But it's great, and I can flip a pig in it, if I use two hands
Love it! Even heat distribution on induction after a couple of cooks. Large enough for all sorts of dishes and fairly flat so liquids don’t pool. Finally do breakfast for 4 in one pan 😁👍👌So glad I got the great discounts from kitchen warehouse, speedy delivery etcI recommend this product but find the discounts, not a cheap pan at rrp
A pleasure to cook in. We still have our previous Scanpan IQ 32 cm frying pan bought in May 2017 which has be used once or twice every day for nearly five & a half years, mainly for frying, and is still in use. The non-stick coating is still quite effective but is not so good with frying eggs so we are treating ourselves to a new pan! We also have a 26 cm IQ frying pan, used frequently, but less often for frying, and its non-stick surface is as good as when we bought it. Thoroughly recommend Scanpan.
It is not durable as it advertised. I was using with no higher than med-high heat with silicone utensils, and the pan is still scratched and blistered. It is way overpriced for only last a few month of use.
We've used Scan Pans for years. We got a 12.5" Pro IQ fry pan because we're planning to transition to induction cooking. It's a might heavier, but not enough to matter, and it transfers heat even better than our old one. Not only as good, it's even better!
Pan easily got scratched early on (about 3 or so years ago) but they didn't seem to affect the nonstick. I use silicone utensils only now. Go to pan for sunny side up & over easy eggs, still don't stick to pan.
Have owned 2 sizes of the Pro IQ skillets and the large 2 handle sautuesse pan for nearly 7 years. Absolutely love them. Won't make eggs in anything else! Lightly wash and wipe dry. They are my preferred pans in the kitchen. I never use metal utensils in my pans - silicone and wood always. Knowing the pans have a lifetime warranty let's me know the company stands by the product. Absolutely love these pans.
