Very good Scanpan product. Perfect size hold heat well. Great shape for easy flipping/ tossing nice and balanced. Clean up a breeze. Have 4 TechnIQ pans including roaster. Peters has the best price and quick delivery. Will eventually switch all my pans to TechnIQ

I bought this little over a month ago and I do love it. It is very easy to clean, nothing sticks to the pan and browns food great. The only small draw back is the sides of the pan are lower then you are used to. This creates more splattering on the stove. However, the flip side to the lower sides is its very easy to flip/turn food,sauté and stir food. Love ScanPan

I have spent top dollar for most pieces in my cookware collection, but before the SCANPAN TechnIQ had never found quite the right nonstick skillet to cook my eggs and tofu just the way I like them. The skillet is lightweight, extremely easy to clean, and so far, hasn’t met a food that sticks to it. I’ve been through multiple nonstick skillets whose surfaces had shown signs of damage after a short period of use, but the SCANPAN TechnIQ’s surface still looks as good as the day I first brought it home approximately two years ago. Plus, I love that the skillet is 100% PFOA-free. I have high expectations this skillet will be a long-term workhorse for my kitchen.

I really liked this nonstick pan initially. It was easy to clean. As used it more frequently while home during the pandemic, food began to stick. I never used abrasive tools on it. It got to the point that I could not use it any longer. It is less than one year since I purchased it. Extremely disappointed.
I was very lucky and received 3 Scanpans for Christmas and they are the best pans I have ever cooked with and I’ve been cooking for a good long time! Cleanup is so easy, but even better, they cook, sauté, fry, and boil things perfectly. My favorite is the Bistro pan which keeps everything inside, I can flip food around and you don’t really need much oil or butter but still get a nice carmelization. And nothing sticks. They are awesome and seem as if they will be durable.
Purchased these pans about a month ago after upgrading our cooktop to a hotter cooking, higher end brand. These pans heat evenly, quickly and maintain the desired temperature. NOTHING sticks, and they clean beautifully! I prefer the lower sides because they make it easier to flip and stir food. I am now planning on purchasing the chef pan with higher sides and a lid for frying and braising. Thank you scan pans for making cooking easier and fun again!!
Fit and finish is beautiful, and performance is amazing. Strantantium+ is an amazing upgrade over and already great finish. This set does everything I need, from searing to slow cooking. My favorite set ever, with no extraneous pieces. A great bonus is that the lid fits 2 very different pans.
I am troubled by the claim that TECHNIQ pans are 100% non toxic.I have read numerous claims to the contrary and have not seen themincluded on any lists of 100% nontoxic fry pans
hay there, so 'scanpan' of course top quality & priced accordingly, but I have to admit well worth that investment. this new size skillet is a winner it's tougher than anything on the market with commercial grade design & handle, it will last a couple generations. The improved nonstick surface is perfection in cooking & clean-up, so love this pan. I added heat proof silicone tape on the handle, better grip never hot.
