It addition, it glided across my face effortlessly, making the shave quick and painless. Lastly, the razor is well made and has some weight to it.Cons: It was difficult, if not impossible, to get the area of my face directly below my nose. In fact, I had to use my old razor, which has the addition blade for this, to finish the job. Also, I'm worried how long the moisturizer is going to last. I like to keep razors for at least two weeks before switching out the blade

I received the Schick Hydro Sensitive Razor in the mail and I was excited to try it.I liked how the razor had skin guards and also contained vitamin B5 and aloe to provide a smooth and comfortable shave.I have a beard, but regularly use handheld razors on my neck and cheek, so this Schick came in handy.Immediately upon using this razor, I knew I was in for a treat. The shave was comfortable and smooth. I have been thinking more about my hygiene and personal care routines lately and have been exploring new products and practices.I've been using the same mail order razors for about ten years, and decided to try a more traditional brand. I am extremely satisfied with the shave I am getting from the Schick Hydro razor. Normally it takes me 3 passes to get a totally smooth shave (one with the grain, one sideways, one against). with this razor I was able to get it in 2, with only minor against the grain touchups. I've certainly used better razors. The hydro didn't do a good job at actually shaving off stubble. Don't get me wrong. This razor for sure offers a smooth shave. But it took multiple passes--more than usual--just to get my face almost cleanly shaved. Not sure I can recommend this for somebody who doesn't have sensitive flesh and doesn't mind spending more time than usual trying to attain a clean, fresh shave. This was the first time I've switched my razor brand in over a decade and was glad I did. The 5 blades were super smooth and glided across my face with little resistances. The handle is weighty and the grips near the thumb ensure a no-slip experience. Th cushioning gel pools left my face smooth and didn't feel any sort of burn after the shave. It's easy to replace the blade with a simple click. You can also flip back the gel pools to get a trimmer for precise edging. It's a decent weight and doesn't feel flimsy. The blades worked really great. Super sharp and cut through like butter after not shaving for a few days. I have sensitive skin. This product worked well, but it seems like the dry skin razor worked better for me. It just seemed a smoother glide across my face. I encourage people to get both razor blades and see which one works best for them. After I'm finished using the sensitive skin razors, I'll probably go back to the dry skin razors. On a side note, the company is non-woke and stays neutral in politics. It's ridiculous to even have to consider this when buying a product as simple as a shaving razor, but I've had it with the companies that virtue-signal, so I've begun checking into that when I buy a product. Thankfully, Schick looks to be clean.

This product I thoroughly enjoyed compared to most razors I buy at the moment. The one thing I must have in a razor is a clean shave but also a smooth touch. This razor checked both of those items. My skin is sensitive so this razor is perfect for my skin. It didn't irritate nor did it leave hair behind. Ir was sealed quite nicely and when opened,Was packed neatly. Now the product, the product was not what I was expecting. The blades are of real, solid quality. There are 5 blades each with skin guards. The trimmer, at the top, that is accessed through flipping over the bright green compartment. Which to me is something that keeps me from clumsily cutting myself. The frame of the blades are quite robust, which lets me know that I am most likely going to get a lot of shaves out of one set of blades.But, instead of me describing how I think it will work, I obviously put it to the test. Early today, I did shaved under my jaw line and did a pretty crappy job. So I will redo the shave with the new blade. Mind you, the earlier shave was done in the shower with soap. This redo will just have me using water and the blade.Results: upon wetting the blade I could feel the aloe on my skin. The blade were also quite gentle. I almost wondered if they were even there. The cuts were so smooth, I didn't feel any harsh drag upon my skin, and this was with using water and not shaveGel or soap. I went all the different ways you are not supposed to run a blade. I have a cow-lick that in order to get, I have to shave sideways. There was not one catch or cut from these blade. Every time I pulled the blade from my skin, I could see the allow folllow the blade. This let me know that there is in fact an ample amount of aloe for people with sensitive skin. They put the money where their mouths are. In all, while this was a short and simple shave, what I was expecting versus what I received was a lot better than expected.The ordering process from Schick website, the free shipping, the snug packaging and the appealing presented package... all the way to a quick, clean shave; this was definitely worth very penny spent. I would have to say, those other companies that sell men's shaving blades, well they better step it up.
