Easy, yes: once you've sussed out how. * The lock is preprogrammed with two entry codes, but once you set up your own first code, those factory codes are disabled. That's good - but it's not obvious. We will certainly consider this lock for another upcoming lock replacement.

Purchased as a replacement for the Schlage Sense, a slightly older model that requires a separate WiFi adapter. I can confirm that these Schlage locks are reliable (we also have an Encode smart lock on our back door). This lock is slightly noisier than the Schlage Sense and the batteries lasts about 6 months (versus a year) but they are more compact and easier to set up. I have never needed to use the key yet (but do have as a spare just in case). Receive lock alerts on my smartphone via WiFi. We have Google Home but I haven't attempted to connect it to it yet. Highly recommended, no complaints other than it being slightly on the expensive side.

Purchased 4 weeks ago to replace a new faulty Samsung lock. Easy install. Quality electronics and lock mechanism. Very happy
Very happy overall, but batteries not powering the device any more so have had to switch back to key lock. Looks like a connection or circuit board issue?
A nice lock but instructions did not include changing codes oddly. Googled, but instructions there didn't work. Thought it was faulty, but NoelL staff reached Schlage, who emailed me instruction..very odd not to get them with the product?!? Still don't have instruction for its other change functions but for us changing codes was essential. Works well.
Use with app on iPhone and android. Trouble connecting one (not lock issue but internet connection). Other 5 all good and easy to put in and use.

I have bought several of these locks through Mitre 10. They work well, if you need a lock with this level of sophistication. Battery level is monitored, battery change is easy no tools require
Very good product - we had ours installed by a locksmith but could be done by a handyman. Very easy to set up and operate. We can add new codes for contractors and delete staff when they leave. Love it!
