Severely warped. So, marked the area and wrestled them onto my other wheelset. Same warpage, same place. Both F& R. Can't even try to return after mounting twice and full of sealant. Rear has decent knobby grip though.

Low rolling resistance and great traction. No punctures after over 100 miles of riding on chunky terrain. I use it as a rear tire and rarely get rear wheel spin when climbing technical trails.

60+ year old rider here who is still on 26" as my bike is high quality and see no need to change. Was running IRC Bear Trails yet for the mixed riding that I do now, they were heavy, slow-rolling and have tractor like treads. Wanted new tyres that were more suited for mixed (fire track/canal paths/occasional more serious off-road) and the Nobby Nics reviews summed up my exact needs. Requiring 3 tyre levers to remove the old Bear Trails, the Nobby Nics were a dream to put on, only needing 1 lever and have never known a tyre to mount so easily on my Mavic rims. Both installed in less than 20 minutes including realigning both disc calipers as well! SDJ Sports offered by far the best price for a pair and were despatched and received well before the estimated time of ... More60+ year old rider here who is still on 26" as my bike is high quality and see no need to change. I'm in love with this tire. It mounted easily and has maintained pressure in a tubeless setup. Its performance is far better than the Rocket Ron it replaced on the front of my hardtail. I'll likely replace the rear Rocket Ron with another Nobby Nic. One thing to note is that I believe this is an older rendition of the tire as it did not have the blue stripe to indicate compound as pictured on the site.
Great do it all tyre. Not great in deep moodg like all plus sizes. I'm usually going for 3inches one but it wasn't in stock. Went for 2.8. I've completed Carpatia Divide with it as my rear (my old nobby nick 3.0 in front). Dry conditions mostly. Loads of rough hiking rocky trails. No bother on it. Doing great with day to day trail/light enduro ridning. I use nicks for last few years for my mtb. Never had an issue and I'm quite heavy (approx 92kg).
Just purchased these after needing a new rear Tire. A couple training rides and then tackled the Marji Gesick 100 Single Day hardest MTB race. Check it out. Wet Rocks/Ruts/Holes/Sand/Roots and everything Marquette, MI has to challenge you. The Nobby Nice and Schwalbe tire performed exceptionally as they have throughout 1000's of miles of rugged MTB Terrain. Spend the extra money with peace of mind. I am not a paid spokesperson or affiliated with Schwalbe.
These tires are a great all round low rolling resistance tire. I've only had one instance where mounting was difficult. Only real complaint I have is the price. Nobby Nics are just expensive period! Just what you have to pay to get top quality tires.
Honestly I bought these tires because I read good reviews and they were skinwall which was a vanity choice but hey, it's what I wanted. This most recent purchase was to replace my rear tire. So buying the same tire says a lot vs trying something new. I have multiple wheelsets and tire choices in my quiver and since getting these tires they are on my bike 99% of the time. They do very well at all the things you expect from a tire. Low rolling resistance, great cornering and braking traction and just predictable all the way around. They only get 4 stars because they do not like the sand pits we tend to get around here. If you live in a very sandy area I might suggest you look elsewhere. For what it's worth, the tire I replaced had more mileage left but I tore a knob completely off the shoulder somewhere along the way and I'm not surprised given the countless Pisgah gnarl miles these tires endured last season.
This is my first purchase of Schwalbe brand tires. They look and fit good. The tread and traction are spot on. So far I'm happy with them.
It is a good tire for a reasonable price. I rode it on a 500 km mtb marathon and had no issue with the tire. No puncture, no sliding. I am not an experienced rider, I am more enthusiastic rider. Mounted on 19mm inner rim width, tire measure 54mm on 1,5 bar
