Schwarzkopf C3 Nordic Blonde Anti-Yellow Toner 200ml

The blue tone of this toner is Very good for more orange tone blonde! Less so for really bleached blonde! Really helped even out my highlights to a more caramel blonde less brassy. Love it!

Awful

Bought this yesterday, applied to freshly bleached hair. My ends are an awful shade of blue while my roots are still brassy and rank. Terrible product

Does what it claims it will do!

Very bright blue in colour, pleasant smell. Definitely reduced the brassy colour in my hair. Follow the instructions though, and don’t leave it on for too long. Unless you’re looking to have blue hair for a few days!!

Fantastic Toner

A real little beauty here!!! Very competitively priced. Great for removing brassy and gold tones. Tones a nice ash colour it left on long enough on light bleach blonde hair. Also great toner to use once a week on blonde streaks.

Great for very light bleached hair

I like this toner for achieving white/"ultra platinum" when used over my very light bleached hair. I've never used it over yellow-er/darker hair. I wish the results lasted a little longer (normally 8 washes or so for me before I need to tone again) but other than that it's a great direct toner for the price.

I used to like this product

The old formula was a lot stronger and had better pigmentation. The new version of this product is very blue and makes the yellow bits in my hair look green. One good thing about the new formula is that its lot more hydrating than it used to be.

Lightening and toning in lockdown!

I don't know much about colouring at home (necessitated by lockdown), but this toner seemed to wash out and needed to be reapplied regularly. Maybe that's normal. More like a toning conditioner than the permanent toner used in a salon??

Turned hair green

I used this toner after a Schwarzkopf Nordic Blonde Ultimate bleaching kit. The bleach kit was great. It lifted the hair multiple levels very well with minimal breakage & it felt very soft & smooth afterwards. Applied the toner directly afterwards in an attempt to illiminate some yellow & slightly brassy tones. The instructions stated to leave it on 1-5mins. It was on for around 2-3 mins. The roots are ok, but the rest of my hair turned a horrible pastel swamp green & it left my hair feeling terrible!

great if you want blue hair

i brought this as the first few reviews on the site were great, should have kept reading...this turned my daughters hair bright blue. i thought it was meant to be a purple toner as it corrects yellow, but in fact its a blue toner which is meant for orange. i put it in gave it a quick scrub and washed it out straight away and she was left with very blotchy blue hair. really not impressed at all. only use if you want a blue tint to your hair. her haor was feeling nice and silky than after using this it felt so dry and horrid. do not use

great stuff

this is great for orange tones. I coloured my hair from a 6 to an ashy 8. I didn't expect any orange, but it went all orange. this just softens it. like a blue conditioner rather than a purple. so for level 9 and below. it's great though. I left it in 15min. rather than 3 and it has just taken the harshness off my hair and made it a soft 8, rather than an orange 8. for the price its excellent. everyone whose hair is turning blue, you aren't reading the instructions.
