It comes with a bleach kit. Although not as strong as a standalone bleach, it makes the dye thicker. Peace of mind of someone who doesn't wanna leave dye stains everywhere.

It's a no from me, this did absolutely nothing to my hair which was already lightened. Zilch.
This colour does not come with a bleach kit as stated in another comment. It says it will will lighten up to three shades on natural hair, but this will not work well on previously blonde coloured hair and will be uneven. Mine was light blonde. The colour is very thick and difficult to apply and appears to be the semi permanent live colour with a developer, most of the colour washed away on the first wash leaving me with peachy pink hair which is what I would expect from the semi permanent not the permanent. I'm not surprised to learn that this entire range has been discontinued due customer complaints.
The permanent dye that comes in pink that I've found. Please keep stocking this, it's great!
