A good semi permanent dye option for lighter hair

As a pastel pink hair dyer i was pleased to be given the chance to try a vibrant pink free of charge to review. A good concept for those who don't want to fully commit to a new hair colour. The dye kit was very easy to use and the smell of the dye was pleasant in comparison to others I have used. Application was easy and results on blonde hair were good. Although the colouring wasn't quite a vibrant pink as I'd expected. I liked the option to either have the vibrant or pastel effect in one kit.

Confusing product with convoluted instructions

influenster & live colour hair sent me this complimentary product in exchange for my honest review. ✨ Unfortunately, it didn't take to my hair at all😳. I tried to achieve the pastel tone but as I needed to use a fair bit of conditioner to cover my whole head, the 'pea-sized amount' of colour I was instructed to mix in wasn't enough. Next time I dye my hair pastel I'll just buy a kit that specialises in that. I see what they were trying to do with this two-in-one but I think it leaves too much room for error and I hate that I received a whole tube of colour but was instructed to only use a tiny amount. #IColourLikeNoOther 👀

Does not work at all

Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought this for my daughter. She was so excited, but after leaving the dye on for over 30 mins, there was zero colour when she washed it out. It was almost as though she'd been sitting there with nothing more than a conditioner on her hair. Even when applying the dye there was no colour. Actually unbelievable that this product is still being sold, as I see that the same thing has happened to others. Very disappointing and surprised that a brand so well known for hair care/colour has such a dud product on the shelves.

Omg I love it

I bleached my hair twice to try go blonde after many years of dying it black. Toned it many times and still the roots and ends were uneven which left me with 3-4 inches of white hair in between (from not dying for a year roughly. I figured if I bleach again my hair was going to fall out for sure. So.... after googling and reading reviews I came across this funky color. The reviews put me off at first but I thought could it be any worse than where I'm at now? Probably not! I took the plunge and applied it straight onto dry hair I think damp would of been better like the instructions stated. I left it on for an hour hoping that it would have a better chance at sticking to my hair. On Dark Blonde Hair

Used 2 packs of this on my natural, never before dyed hair which is a very dark/dirty blonde hair - wasn’t a vibrant pink but turned out this pinky/purple/red colour (as I expected on my darker hair) which is still gorgeous and very flattering! My hair is around waist length (maybe a little longer) and not overly thick and 2 packs wasn’t quite enough to get the fullest coverage I wanted - an extra pack would’ve ensured a bit less patchiness (though that isn’t a huge problem and creates a natural variation in colour. Hair is SUPER shiny! Of course some staining of the scalp but seems to wash off quite easily from skin which is great. Overall would definitely recommend, but if you’re looking for a truer bright pink then hair would definitely need to be lighter!

Orangy Red! Not true to colour!

Used this last night to touch up my roots as my manic panic dye hadn't arrived yet. As others have said it is not a true red, it's very orangy! I left it on for 90mins which gave me a slightly darker result because at 30mins it was just orange! I even added the red live drops to darken the colour and as you can see it still has a slight orange hue.The back looks darker red but I think that's because the light was Infront of me not behind, it hasn't given an even look at all despite me bleaching my roots to get a nice light base for it.I'm hoping that as it washes out it will fade to a nice red. looks nice but fades very quickly

I bought this around a months ago to dye my natural mid brown hair for the first time. I was told one box would be enough as my hair is quite thin and shoulder length but it turned out patchy. The first couple of days after dyeing it looked amazing exactly how I wanted but after a week it was a reddish-brown instead which still looked nice but not how I wanted. 5-6 weeks later and it's still there slightly my hair is now a warm-brown colour instead of it's previous cool brown. Luckily it smells lovely and my hair was super soft afterwards definitely recommend just may fade quickly and also it runs like crazy
