Schwarzkopf Professional Neutralizing Shampoo Good Bye Yellow 300 ml

I’ve attached the pics after 1 wash. Was using goodbye yellow before this for some time but I still had orange hair (guess i have both?) so the seller recommended goodbye orange. It definitely made the ends much lighter and top part darker. Will have to use it a few times to see better results. Maybe i’ll have to experiment with goodbye yellow next and see the results when mixed

This is EXCELLENT as a toning shampoo. After years of letting grays take over my hair, I finally decided to do something about it and dyed my own at home with professional Igora Royal color. It definitely neturalized the orange (despite the fact that this iteration is meant to be for yellow tones). I preferred the Goodbye Yellow to the Goodbye Orange because it is more of an indigo pigment and didn't want to risk a teal/green undertone. This is quite messy, though, so it's very important to be careful about application and wipe up any spills. I use a Wet Brush to evenly distribute it through my hair. This will also dry out your hair a little so I used it in conjunction with Olaplex or any other hydrating mask.

Okay girls, and boys if you want to freshen up your blonde hair because it’s starting to look yellow, brassy and dull, definitely try this. Seriously, why spend so much money at the hair salon when you can use this at home, save money and also look fabulous. I ordered mine from Amazon, $16 dollars, got it in 2 days and now I have my fresh blonde hair just time time for summer. I went through so many purple shampoo bottles until I found this. Simply wash your hair like you normally do, and leave this purple shampoo in your hair for a of minutes while you shave, and or wash the rest of your body. When your finished that then it’s time to rinse your hair and boom, you will definitely notice the next day how smooth, and bright your blonde is. Check it out!

Just purchased this recently thru a recommendation from a haircare professional friend of mine who said it is currently the “it” product of the moment. It did not disappoint! Pricing was reasonable and it comes in a 10.1 oz size. I had an area that was being resistant to the effects of my current purple shampoo but after two washes with this it finally stopped looking brassy/orange toned. I have been wearing my hair in a high bun for work and the back of my hair when up, had a horrible tone to it. I think the fact that this offers correction thru blue and purple tones really helped kick that last bit of orangey brass out of my hair. I didn’t wear gloves as recommended but didn’t have any issues with staining skin or shower area.

Hands-down the best no yellow shampoo out!

This is hands-down the best shampoo I have used for blonde hair (and I have tried many)!It completely removes yellow/orange tones and makes your hair look and feel gorgeous. This is my go-to product and a little bit goes a very long way. I've also been able to stretch my hair out much further between shampoos with this one. I highly recommend for anyone considering - it's a fantastic product.

I was advised to use this shampoo at the same time as buying 8.12 toner. Althoughthe shampoo worked slightly on the warmer tones of my hair, the caramel/ ash blonde went green. I wasn't told this happen. When I went back I was simply told "oh the ash must have grabbed the colour" I was advised do buy colour undo. Lucky I did a strand test and noticed the hair just went bright yellow within a couple of minutes. I am not happy at all as the shampoo was £17 and is now wasted and the colour undo is also now wasted money. I will be sceptical to go back especially as there was no apology or proper explanation. I went there in good faith. Probably not the experience of everyone but it is mine.

Wow what an amazing shampoo! I have used a few blue based shampoos in the past with no desired results. I decided to give this one ago as it had a mix of blue/green pigments to neutralise red and orange tones in the hair. I am very impressed with this shampoo I got instant results with this. My hair turned out a really nice light ash brown/ blonde . A few people commented too saying my hair looks fresher and lighter. This shampoo is the first blue based shampoo I’ve used that had not dried my hair out. It smells amazing and it is also sulphate free which is a major plus. I highly recommend this shampoo for anyone trying to neutralise orange and red tones in medium brown to dark blonde hair.

The Greatest Thing to Happen to Yellow Hair

I found this product quite late on in life. Having bleached blonde hair, I need something that will lighten the hair just a little bit to get rid of any brassiness. This does the job. A million percent. But beware! Overuse of this product does make your ends go blue or sometimes green (I've been using this product for 4 years) so don't use Goodbye Yellow every time you wash your hair. The upside is because you need to use it less, you can keep the product for much longer than your regular products.

Works as promised!

I was kinda skeptical after reading mixed reviews here, and wasn’t able to decide if i should buy or not. but i still went for it and got one. Although it took me 2-3 washes, it did what it said it would. And also contrary to recommended norms, i kept it on for 20~ minutes or sum before rinsing. prsnlly i’m still gonna tone it further, but i’m already satisfied with this shade! :) Here’s the results. first one’s pre-use. second one after 1 wash. and the last one after 3 washes. if ur worried, i’d suggest u just go for it. it takes diff amt of time for everyone, but it does work.
