We installed this rangehood as part of a kitchen renovation.The Schweigen recommended installer was great to work with and made two visits to fit in with the schedule.The illumination is great as is the delayed off function for the fan but the best feature is its quiet operation.The 10-year motor warranty was reassuring for a device that is exposed to the sun, wind and rain.

In 2014 I bought the Schweigen Wallmount Rangehood 900mm SP 1600m3/h, use it until now, it help to got rite of 90% of my Asian cooking, it’s a quiet rangehood, has lot of compliments from all my friends and relatives “can smell cooking from outside my house, but not from the inside the house“, it lead to some of my friends went and bought its too.Now it’s time my son wants to get the same one for his house. So we know how good it is.

We first bought a schwegan silent range hood 11 years ago when we built...just shifted towns and renovated a new kitchen. Did not even look at another product as schwegan was non negotiable!
Performing very well everyday since buying and installing nearly 2 years ago. Love that it whisks cooking smells away, is whisper quiet and has a delayed off switch, Filters clean easily in the dishwasher too!
The Schweigen is my best investment in my kitchen. After spending the dollar, I can do any cooking without worrying about greasy fume. Secondly it is quiet. Money well spent.
