Excellent electrolyte tablet

I really like this product! It is very popular and doesn't stay in stock for long. The first time I tried it was on a long hot ride and it was amazing. It helped me stay hydrated and kept me from cramping. I also did not experience and GI distress. I really liked the strawberry lime flavor. It is not overly sweet like some hydration products can be. I also really like that it is a tablet. No measuring required and no spilling all over the kitchen counter.

Very convenient. Love not having to deal with powders and how easy it is to take them on the go. Have tried four flavours. I did have high hopes for mango pineapple and it didn’t really taste of anything. Lemon, strawberry or grapefruit all taste great. None of the flavours have been overly sweet. They seem to work well for sport and as a general drink day to day

Green Tea Extract

I bought these as I am very sensitive to green tea extract and many hydration tablets have it in nowadays. The ingredients list on the product page here does not list green tea extract but the product I was sent had it listed as an ingredient - I assume they have changed the recipe. Watch out if you are sensitive to caffeine, I used one during an evening swimming session and I did not go to sleep until 5am. Thankfully my local H&B let me return the product because of this. You can buy these tablets with caffeine added so why would you add green tea extract to the 'non-caffeine' tablets?

Love the Sis tablets

This is the second flavour I have tried, and I just love it. The taste is there, but it's subtle, not overpowering which I like. In terms of hydration is does a great job for lower impact days with the sodium levels. On longer and hotter days I use something with more sodium, so it's great to have this option. It's fits in just where I need it.

Nice mild flavor and mild bubbles
10 December 2023

I like both flavors that I tried. They recommend to drink 3-4 hours before workout to restore Electrolytes. So I added them to my workout days. Nice mild hint of flavor added to water. Light effervescent. Dissolves on its own in water. I tried it during a long run and it caused some small burping, so sticking to a electrolyte replacement before or after runs.

Surprisingly refreshing without all the sugar
16 August 2023

I needed a drink mix that had good electrolytes but no sugar. I also need something that would dissolve easily in cold water. Flavor was secondary. The first thing I noticed was the fizzing when I put the tablet in my glass of cold water. It dissolves quickly with a little stirring. I break them in half and use with 8 ounces if I just want a small glass.I like how easy they are to transport. The strawberry lime flavor was very good. There is a sweetener in there that is just enough to make it pleasant.I’m going to try some other flavors next.

Worth Every Penny

Someone suggested my health problems could be due to dehydration, so I bought these items from a discount retailer just to try them out. They are excellent. Really fantastic. Those retailers never restock this kind of thing so I was over the moon to find them at H&B, and far cheaper too (when I used the Subscribe option). Why was I so happy? Because these things work. They changed my energy and concentration levels meaning I have become a happier person to be around, especially when compared to my previous dehydrated self.

Zefal Cyclop Mirror

Good flexible mirror that sits neatly on your handlebar. You can 'tuck' the mirror inside your handlebar area to avoid hitting the mirror on obstacles. You can still see clearly behind with the mirror in this position. Having owned and used many mirrors in the past I have found this model to be the most flexible and durable. It was easy to mount on the handlebar end. Can recommend.
