Not what it says it is!

I have been looking for a dish sponge that will not stink after a few uses. I purchased the Scotch Brite Stay Fresh sponge as it stated on the front of the package “ ODOR FREE GUARANTEE.Well it does stink! I have put it in the dishwasher, too rack, as it also stated on the package. This makes it ok for a while until it starts stinking again! Odor free should mean “NO ODOR”!Also it falls apart. I find pieces of it in my sink and they go down my drain into my disposal. Worried it will break my disposal! I have stopped using them!What is my guarantee? Money back?Not happyAlso you give the scale from “0-10” on how likely I am to recommend this sponge but you don’t let me put “0”! You force me to give it a “1”!

[Rewarded Review] A bit disappointed.

I received this product for free in exchange for a honest review. I was glad to get a non-scratch sponge for my more sensitive dishes. I always worry about scratching the nonstick coating. However, this, I feel, always comes with a price of less scrubbing power. Unfortunately, that was the case with these sponges. Even dishes that I knew would be tough to clean, and soaked well in advance to cleaning, were a struggle to get clean with this sponge. I think for more sensitive dishes that need just a lite clean would work great with this sponge. Otherwise stick with a heavier duty one.

[Rewarded Review] Amazing Sponge

Absolutely amazing! Initially, I thought this is just another sponge, but boy was I surprised. I had a dark spot on my kitchen sink that had been there forever. I had given up trying to get it off. But low and behold the Scrub Dots Sponge took it off with very little effort. I even had to show my husband and he was amazed. The scrub dots do an excellent job of providing an abrasive surface that doesn't damage. They rinse easily and they don't smell. I will be buying these.3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate.

[Rewarded Review] Close but not the perfect sponge

Reviewing a product sent me free of charge for the purpose of gathering my input. The Stay Fresh Scotch Brite sponge felt good in my hand. It was easy to squeeze water out of it and the scrub patches aren't too scratchy when squeezing out excess water. It really does dry out effectively and has not developed a stinky sponge smell after a week's use. It is great for wiping off dishes and for washing pans with mildly stuck on food. However, it's not tough enough for dishes and scrubbing out the sink. It couldn't get the light food stains out of the sink. So, I'm not likely going to purchase them, but am happy to use the ones I received.

I was sent a package of Scotch Brite Non scratch scrub dots scrub sponge featuring Scotch Brite scrub dots to use and review. My first use was on my glass top stove. It worked well to clean between major cleanings. See picture. I have used other scrub dot products and like those, I found this sponge to work well. The shape of the sponge is easy to hold, and the sponge rinses clean easily. The have sponges have an antibacterial agent good for 3 weeks. That is is nice feature. Used on nonstick cookware as well as dishes and bake ware the sponge is as good or better than anything I have ever used. These sponges work hard to remove even crusted on food. They hold a wonderful amount of sudsy soap and are thick enough to feel solid and strong in my hands. I can fold them in my hand to easily to work with both the sponge side, or the scrubbing side. They do not scratch either! They come in a pack of 3 of pretty blue colors. They stay fresh and odor free for a long time too. I got these free in exchange for an honest review. I highly recommend them.

My new sponge! I love this so much. I really only use 3 sponges around the house - one in the kitchen, one in the bath and one for all-around cleaning (baseboards, spot clean floors etc) so this as a 3 pack works out great. They are amazing at scrubbing but WARNING will scratch non-stick pans, so be careful what you use it on! For me, I tackled a horrible mess on the bottom plate of my toaster oven - garlic breadsticks overflowed onto the plate and I didn't spot it until the next morning ugh! This cleaned the baked on mess completely; scratched the plate a bit but it's inside the toaster oven, no big deal. Did an amazing job on old baked on stains too! Going to use it to clean the oven next! Also great on my bathroom sink and vanity and shower surround and just all ... MoreMy new sponge! I love this so much. [Rewarded Review] Stays fresh as advertized!

I received these stay fresh sponges as a part of Discover 3M product reviewer program. I used a sponge for a week and then left it unused for another week to really determine if it would stay odorless. It did! I scrubbed pots, pans and other dishes. The sponge is durable. The scouring side is strong enough to scrub tough messes but still not abrasive enough to take off a non-stick coating. The shape of the sponge makes it easier to grip during use. Overall, I like this product.

This is my first time trying the Stay Fresh sponges by Scotch-Brite. It did not disappoint. We are a family of 5 here and everyone does their share of dishes but sometimes some of us don't take care to keep the sponge in tip top shape. Rinsing it and squeezing it out and allowing it to thoroughly air dry is important to keep it fresher longer - from my experience. Well this sponge stayed fresh regardless. We've been using it for several weeks now and it's still as fresh as day one. Very impressive. I will definitely pick up some of these next time I'm at the store.
