Sea To Summit - Pocket Towel X-Large - Cobalt

I already have a similar towel and love it for it's quick drying, light weight and small footprint when folded. I bought the Sea to Summit towels for the same reason. Less bulk to take camping and we can use them for swimming and bathing, and know they'll dry quickly. No more bulky towels hanging all over the tent to dry for days.

Bought size XL of this

Bought size XL of this amazing product for a trip to the S. Pacific. Used it as a blanket on the plane, beach towel, shelter in a downpour, shade from the sun, another layer when it was cold, folded up as a pillow, and to pack fragile items in my pack. Easy to clean, dries fast. Can't recommend enough. Also got a medium, but didn't take it as I could see it was too small to be versatile.

The item is as described, plus it comes in a cute little zipper pouch (which wasn't mentioned in the product description). The quality seems fine, everything is as advertised. I bought it to wrap around my head after swimming (I have a bigger one for drying my body, too); I walk to/from the pool and carrying a big, wet, cotton towel gets too heavy after a while . I haven't used it yet, so I only gave it 4 stars.

I bought several in different

I bought several in different sizes. They’re all incredibly light and fairly easy to fold back into the carrying case. I love that the case has lots of open holes so if you put it away wet, it will still dry. All of them are incredibly light, but the largest size is the best. My new go to beach towel, so much more manageable than your average beach towel but does just as good of a job.

Love it!

I have a canoe camping trip coming up and wanted to get a towel that wouldn't take up too much space in my bag and this one caught my eye. I liked the idea of having a nice case to keep it separate in my bag and also a bonus that in came in green. It was also at an affordable price. Although I haven't used it on a trip yet I really like the quality and size of it so far and it looks like great quality. The case although bulkier than other travel towels is more robust and I think I'd prefer this case when packing up a damp towel for example so all around very happy with my purchase, I can't wait to test it out on my trip later this summer!

Most useful thing I bought for traveling

It's no surprise based on other reviews, but these towels are amazing. They really are quick-drying and soft to the touch. I have the pocket towel and XL towel and they were both lifesavers when a lot of my hostels either had no hand towel or a communal towel. It was so nice to have a towel for showering/beach and then a smaller one for drying hands and face after the bathroom or to wipe sweat. I could not recommend this product enough! Run, don't walk!

Nice luxury item to pack that can be used for camping, for the gym bag, or other uses

I wanted this product as my luxury item. I have used camp towels in the past, and I just tend to not like the smaller towels, even though they pack smaller. So, I ordered the largest towel. Overall, it packs reasonably small. A bit difficult to get back into the carrying case after use, however. Maybe having a sack or compression sac would be better than the case. It did an outstanding job drying me off and drying my hair. I liked the snap on the towel to hang it up to dry. It dried very quickly, so I could hang it in the Jeep when we drove to our next destination, and it would be dry even with closed windows. I plan to use this towel in my gym bag and at the pool; it will be much more convenient than my beach towel (I swim laps at an outdoor pool in the summer). Perfect

I bought this for a lightweight alternative to a normal towel when car camping, and it has performed perfectly. It folds up into a tiny case - included - so I will definitely have it in my pack for backpacking. It is soft like a microfiber cloth you would use to clean your glasses and about that thickness as well. I love the orange colour.

Perfect gym and travel towel

This (XL) towel is wonderfully compact but a great size for showering - it fits into the case which is about the size of my glasses case yet the towel is large enough to comfortably wrap around my body. This is a perfect addition when I want to shower at the gym or just pack light. It dries quickly after use and doesn't seem to carry odour through the day in its case. It's perfect to bring along for after a gym session when you don't want to carry a huge bag and don't have access to towels at your gym!

excellent pocket towel, excellent size

I love, love, love this pocket towel. A friend had this in the large size and I was so impressed that I got one for myself. This bigger size doesn't have much more size or weight to it. I find the carrying case useful on the smaller size but bulky and unnecessary for this one. Love the bright colours too! So much easier to find in my pack and a pop of sunshine hanging on the clothesline at my site.
