The lightweight and packable sleeping bag boasts a tough outer shell and down insulation for optimal warmth. The down has been treated with a water repellent to shield it from moisture from the outside and condensation on the inside. There are vertical baffles at the chest to prevent cold spots and distribute warmth evenly. For maximum insulation, the Trek TkI features a 3D side-wall baffle, which allows the down to loft to the very edge of the sleeping bag. If it gets too warm, you can adjust the hood so that it lies flat and heat doesn’t accumulate on the interior.
