It works for me if I take 1 cap in the morning & 1 cap in the afternoon. My mental capacity went thru the roof & I don't get tired until after 11:30pm. Powerful! Can't do without this every day.

I wasn't angry or grouchy but I was waking up every morning starving and I was tired of it.
