I love this bad boy . It’s so fassssst 😱 Very fun scooter 🛴 and simple folding, easy to carry around . Battery is good too , charging time 2 hours and you can use like 1 hour or so . Very fast even though you go to the hills or slopes . A little pricey but funnnnnn

At 61, I__ no __pring

At 61, I__ no __pring chicken,_ but as a Sagittarius, I__ still game for adventure. I ride with my nine-year son who rides the ES2, and we are enjoying our rides together. The ES4 is hauling my 225 lb frame with plenty of pep. It looks great, and I can testify that it is a form of the fountain of youth. On the ES4, I don__ look a day over 59. Joking aside, I highly recommend the ES4 and everything that I have purchased from Segway. By the way, I also ride the super cool Segway x260 eBike - another awesome ride.

Great Scooter

Perfect size and speed for my 8 year old. He loves it and uses it everyday. Have recommended this scooter to others. Great customer service to! 👍🏼

I have loved it, but

I have loved it, but it came with a few scuffs and dirt marks like it had been used lightly before I got it new out of the box. Other than that it has worked great so far. I have only used it for a few days but so far the batter life has been expected. The beginner process that it makes you go through is a little annoying but for a good reason. No real complains except it came with some scratches and dirt marks and I am not sure what from.

It is amazing. Just to slow ES4 is faster because it__ lighter and goes the same speed as the Max which is heavier need an update to go atleast 24. I__ not the only one who have this complaint. I__ and others will probably return and get another brand _x000D__x000D_Need to be more portal handle bars do not fold and the pole is to low which make it difficult to role when folded. I can deal with it tho.

Perfect scooter! Only difficulty I

Perfect scooter! Only difficulty I encountered was how to switch between driving modes (Eco-Normal-Sport). It is not in Quick references neither in instructions. Finally found somewhere on web, easy - fast double press of main button. In Sport mode is FANTASTIC!!! Can__ tell same about Eco, but should be good for endurance

Poor Customer Service

This review is based more on customer service but also disappointment with the scooter. My daughter had saved up her money and we purchased this scooter just after Christmas in 2020. The scooter had worked flawless and it was the favorite of all her friends razor and jetson electric scooters. The charger started to wear out just from use and not wanting to purchase a knock off from Amazon, I reached out to Segway. I was given a model number and purchased it from the Home | Segway (www.segway.com) , it was good price and even had a 40% off sale. When the charger arrived it was the wrong charger and did not fit, I reached out via email this time as they were closed. I was now sent a link to Segway Los Angeles (https:segway.la) which was a different website and the 40% was not offered on that website. I verified both websites were in fact ran by Segway. They did agree to allow me to return the charger but I had to pay for the shipping to send it to me even though I was charged shipping initially and to pay to ship it back. I then received the new charger I had ordered that appeared to be the same charger. The old charger did still in fact work I just didn't want it to stop, after using the new charger my daughters scooter will no longer work, the lights flash while it beeps, both chargers will not work on it. I reached back out to Segway they had me send them a video and they said there is an error now but sorry the 1 year warranty is up and we do not have a repair program for the Zing E10. So I can't even attempt to get it fixed, no help from them, and I believe the new charger is the cause due to it looking the same but all of the writing is different and we tried the charger in a neighbors scooter and it just flashed red and green lights. So after being directed to purchase the wrong charger, then having to purchase the right charger, the scooter stopped working and I can't even get it fixed not even trying for free just in general. This is not the proper way to run a company.

Segway Kids Zing E10

This was a birthday present for my 8 year old son its quite durable & loads of fun, it honestly over met my expectations, definitely worth every cent. it has 3 speed levels, slow, medium and fast. (fast being just just under 20km's an hour). over all a great product.

This is the best electric scooter!

After a thorough web search, I contacted Electric Kicks, for some direct advice on the best electric scooter for a 7-year old.Once I finally make contact with them, they were absolutely fantastic. Really helpful and knowledgeable. They suggested the E10 for Cost Centre 2 and it certainly hasn't disappointed! The only problem now: I have to buy a second one for Cost Centre 2 because she loves her brother's scooter so much.Thanks Electric Kicks for such great service and such a great product.

Waste of money

Bought this for my son’s Bday. It didn’t even last 48hrs of easy riding. It worked great the first day but that was it. I don’t even know what to say but don’t waste your money.
