Seiko 5 Sports Automatic Field Watch with Green Dial #SRPH29 One of the greatest selling Seiko series of all time, the SNK80X series, has finally been upgraded by Seiko. The new Sports collection features a larger, 39.4mm diameter case, but retains the same easy to read dial format. The movement has been upgraded to the hand winding and hacking Seiko 4R36 movement, with 24 jewels, a power reserve of 40 hours and a day/date feature. The water resistance has also been upgraded from 30M to 100M. The case is satin finished, and is 13.2 mm thick. A push-pull crown is used to wind the watch, or set the time and calendar. Flipping the watch over, you are treated to a view of the automatic movement in action. The silver outlined hands are filled with Lumibrite for easy nighttime viewing, as are the dial markers. The green dial features the hours on an inner circle, with the minutes displayed on the outer track. Orange accents are present at the 12/3/6/9, as well as the tip of the seconds hand. I bought this as an everyday wearer and have loved it since it arrived. The face has a nice texture to it in the right light and I love how the hands line up. The band takes a week to break in but looks great on a nato strap. Starbuy are a pleasure to deal with and my watch arrived in three days. Highly recommended, good value for money.

Very nice Watch. Interestingly enough when looking at the dial head on the centre hour digits shine then at a angle the seconds shine really interesting effect and great for making coffee where i have to clearly see the seconds when making a brew.The Strap is really comfortable and the interior leather backing on the strap is most likely the case as 3rd party straps like this just don't have that extra touch.And as for time keeping it is within acceptable limits.

Just received my watch, excellent in every way given the price. Don’t know why +45 / -35 seconds is quoted accuracy, my watch is extremely accurate, within +/- 2 seconds a day. More accurate than watches I have that cost more than 30 times the price.

For me, this is the perfect watch for hunting, fishing and outdoor life purely visually with its green dial, brushed case and green strap with orange back, which makes it easier to find the watch if it is lost in the woods. My watch runs about 20 seconds too slow when in use and about 5 seconds when not in use. In my opinion, this is completely within the range of a watch in this price range. As new, there were no signs of poor quality control and I am very happy with the watch. On the other hand, I have large wrists of 21.5 cm and was a little nervous that the strap would not go around properly. However, it went perfectly well. Watch is good . The watch band is leather and canvas and the canvas part is stiff . The day setting is in English and Arabic which is frustrating .
