This is something we list in our product specifications. To maintain winding status, the watch does need to be actively moved for around 3-4 hours per day. You can also manually wind the crown clockwise 40 or so times in order to fully wind the watch if you have not been wearing it or simply wish to top-up. While this does not offer the longevity of a battery watch, it does use a more traditional mechanical mechanism which is popular among watch enthusiasts. This is the same style of watch technology used by Swiss brands such as Rolex and others, but on a much more affordable scale.If you wish to keep your watch topped up all the time, it is also possible to purchase a watch winding box.
