These things are great!! No more worrying about “ too much or too little “ plants drink what they need. Would have been 5 stars but water level indicators do sometimes stick and have to be Jared a bit.

Just received these in the mail today. Quality and packaging on point. What needs to be tested is performance. Simple design and genius simple concept make these very appealing if they work well.

Have faith your roots will find the water source. My plants were well into flower, so fully developed root system. Also, the quality of fabric, thickness, and dirt built up may slow the wicking effect, but roots are strong and will punch through to grab the water wicks.Only neg is standing water and blythy bad nutrient build up, which is obvious, so weekly pan clean out is a must.

cut the slots off on the filling area, this will allow you to get a ph/ec pen in there and also a hose in order to drain the water.Also when your strings get a little old and crusty looking there are some decent 3rd party strings out there that are thicker and absorb more water than the stock strings.Also place a fan on the floor blowing towards the base, this will help air prune the roots so they do not grow into the base
Plants seem to be loving these AC Infinity self watering pot bases. No more over watering , mix the nutes , fill the base set and forget. My lowyder autos at day 42 suck up a full base in about 3 days.
Love these! Pairs well with the AC Infinity fabric pots and decreases the interval I need to water at. Highly recommend!
Only been using 2 weeks now but love them. I have had problems in the past of over watering then under watering these pot bases takes the guesswork out of the equation, at this point very very happy.
I haven’t been this excited about growing in awhile. I’m very pleased. In fact, I went to buy another set but they are sold out. Please bring them back.
I wasn't too sure about these, but was open-minded. They surpassed expectations! I check daily but haven't needed to water for over a week now. But these are mature plants. I'm sure with young plants, a bit of top watering is necessary, as someone else commented. A simple design, yet splendid!
So I was super skeptical that these would work, and then they arrives and I was even more doubtful after seeing 4 plastic saucers with tiny strings and thought to myself well I guess I got ripped off again. I was so wrong, these things are amazing, and I am just baffled by how well they work especially with such a simple design. I haven't had to water my 21 day old seedlings in 9 days since using these. The only negative that I could find was that when my roots started growing out the bottom of the fabric pots, they were not air pruning since they were sitting on the wet strings. What fixed this was setting the pots on a riser every couple days to let the roots dry out and air prune, but besides this I can't find any other faults with these things. Could be a little ...
