I really like music, speakers, and earbuds and probably bought 20-30 pairs since my first pair of Sennheiser CX oldies about 2000, I think. The CX-300-II buds are cheap and among my favorites. I also have a pair of the CX-Sport bluetooth buds, but bluetooth doesn't work well for me on the move (I walk and and sweat too much, and there are times that I feel inadequate when using bluetooth. So for dumb old folks like me, these cheap, wired, old, classic gems are wonderful. Will immediately order a second pair and forget about thinking that newer is better; old and wired, we are great! In short, these are highly recommended, very nice simple wired buds with great sound. And they are cheap now!...much more expensive 20+ yrs ago!!!

These are easily the best in ear headphones for this price of only 12! This is now my 3rd pair of these as I keep losing them, but I wouldnt buy any other in ear headphones, especially if they cost more than this. These are better than others I have tried that cost much more than these, eg SoundMAGIC E10 and Beats. I own some Beats over ear headphones that cost 200 pounds and these sennheisers actually sound better! They are also way better than the AKG ones that come with the Samsung smart phones. They are perfect for exercise as they are light, have good sound isolation, are small enough to fit comfortably in your ear, also have necklace style wire which is good for keeping the wire out the way when running/exercising. Only issue is the cable is a bit too short and I would recommend getting some Comply foam ear tips for better fit and noise isolation, they are about 8 a pack but well worth it. So for 20 total you can have some of the best in ear headphones around!

As is typical with most in-ear earbuds, they come with various sizes of pads to try for your ear size. I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality and have actually been using Sennheiser products for many, many years with fantastic results. I still have a set from well over ten years ago that still work perfectly so there is also great quality to their products. The only thing I don't like is the length of the cord. This seems to be a shortcoming in many of the brands that I've tested over the years. I personally prefer a longer cord. That doesn't detract from their designed purpose but it something that is a selling point for me. I have only found one company that has the length of cord that I really like.

Complete knockoffs. Sound quality is far from the real ones. Doesnt even come with the wire wrap thingy as pictured on the package or the clip that it usually comes with. The pouch is also totally different in a very cheap way. Doesnt have other sizes of the regular one tiered buds. Waste of money. Around the same quality as dollar store earbuds with sennheiser's name slapped on there. I will choose to continue using my real sennheiser ones even though the wire is dying from the 14 months I've been using them everyday.
I was familiar with the quality of Sennheiser's pro-audio products (mics and headphones) from my experience in studio and mastering engineering, so I hoped that these would be better than your typical came-with-the-phone earbuds. But to be honest, the quality of a lot of the earbuds that do come with the average cell phone these days really aren't all that bad, so I wasn't sure what to expect, especially at the low price. Fortunately, I've been very pleased with the CX 300 II. Sound quality is above average compared to the vast majority of the earbuds I've tried, with a reasonable frequency response range, and not overly boosted bass. And they are surprisingly effective at blocking out external noise as well. And they come with smaller and larger eartips/earpads to accommodate whatever your ears require. The included travel pouch is a really excellent accessory. And as expected, the quality of everything is in line with what I'd expect from Sennheiser's reputation, even though it's a consumer level product. Definitely good value for the money.
Real happy that I decided to give these ear bud headphones a shot. Clear, precise music, along with bass that has very good depth. Minor stuff that I would criticize or point out, the silicon shape on the buds can be a little "tiresome"/un-comfortable after the half hour to an hour of use, along with the "unbalanced" feel that you get with having the shorter cable length design for the left cord ear bud (understand why it's done... it still doesn't give a sense of equality/balance in terms of the weight cord distribution). Also, like other ear buds I've previously purchased, you do get some "cable" noise when the earbuds cords are "tapped' or hit something, but the CX-300 II "cord noise" is a lot less severe/quieter than others. I got this "earbuds" for my old trusty ipod video... thus, wanted lightweight along with compact. I had no need for a mic or volume control or whatever else other gadgets that could be implemented. So, it does the job and it does it well.
I had been looking at earphones like these for a while and I have been a Sennheiser fan for years . These sound great and they stay in my ears better than the pairs I have tried in the past . The only issue I have with these is the wire that attaches to the earphones are different lengths . That being said it is a minor issue and they are very nice headphones.
I already have a pair of the Sennheiser CX 300-II Precision In-Ear Earphones. This is my backup pair. I purchased my first pair of Sennheiser CX 300-II Precision In-Ear Earphones on the strength of online reviews of earphones. I was looking for a quality earphone at a reasonable price. I don't have the budget or the inclination to pay hundreds of dollars for earphones. Two things go into the greatness of a pair of earphones: the sound and the earbud fit. Sennheiser CX 300-II Precision In-Ear Earphones score high on both points, especially if you are partial to bass, as I am. Sennheiser CX 300-II Precision In-Ear Earphones come with three different sizes of earbuds, so you are sure to find the right fit.
I've purchased these exact same headphones in the past and to be brutally honest, I believe this product is not a genuine item. From the quality of the stitching on the storage pouch to the sound quality from the earbuds, everything is below par. Don't get me wrong, for a cheap set of earbuds they do the job ok, but nowhere near the quality of a genuiy Sennheiser product. They've been relegated to my emergency headphone drawer and I've spent 30 quid on a genuine set direct from Sennheiser. When compared to my previous CX300-II, the pouch is totally different, the stitching is poor quality, the snaplock opening is a lot softer and the logo print is not as well defined. The cable length is a lot shorter and the sound quality is nowhere near as crisp as it should be.
I love headphones, I have at least 5 different pairs within arms reach right now and more scattered around the house. I'm largely a user of over-ear headphones as their noise cancellation tends to be best and they're more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time - my favourite being my Sony MDR-7506. I do however have a few pairs of the in-ear variety, generally for travelling, or to keep in my bag as a spare if I'm ever caught short. For a few years I've been using Sennheiser's CX300 II, they're relatively cheap given their quality, have an understated, minimal design and I've never had issues with a pair. In fact the only reason I've ever needed to replace them was because I lost the previous set I owned. For a few years I've been using Sennheiser's CX300 II, they're relatively cheap given their quality, have an understated, minimal design and I've never had issues with a pair. In fact the only reason I've ever needed to replace them was because I lost the previous set I owned. This time round, I hadn't lost my headphones, rather, I'd lost the only medium sized earbuds I had left and had come across an eBay deal for a new set of earphones for not much more than a replacement pack of ear-buds! With an offer which seemed too good to pass up, I researched the seller and placed an order as soon as I could. When the headphones turned up, damn was I disappointed. I unfortunately don't have pictures of the packaging they came in Ergh, blister packing. But it was abudantly clear that the earphones were fake. The text and logos in the packing seemed a little blurry, but the instant give away was the missing authenticity QR code which Sennheiser add to all their products. The headphones will absolutely be going back, I've reported the seller, the product and made sure others are aware of their illicit products. Have a look below at the difference between the fake earphones compared to my legitimate pair. Some of the main giveaways for these headphones being rip-offs. Different type in all logos and text Hard plastic material in place of softer rubber Cheap internal wiring means the headphones are heavy and rigid Ear-pieces are oversized and clearly painted Packaging was poorly printed Blister packaging used thin, cheap quality plastic Missing authenticity QR code From here on out, I will no longer be buying products via eBay. It's going to be Amazon all the way, with their Prime delivery and incredible product choice.
