The GSP 600 doesnt fail to deliver on the audio that you get with this headset. The boom mic is very comfortable and sits in a very natural position to where you can speak normally while gaming and be heard without issue. As for the audio, the lows boom through the speakers and the highs definitely articulate the smaller sounds much to the delight of your ears. Enabling 7.1 surround on your PC (if this is what youre using them on) takes the immersion factor to a higher level. For those that play FPS games, you know how important this feature can be to hear the enemy when theyre trying to sneak up behind you and score a kill. I think the biggest complaint you will find online about this headset is its weight. Its definitely heavier than other top tier gaming ... For those that play FPS games, you know how important this feature can be to hear the enemy when theyre trying to sneak up behind you and score a kill. I think the biggest complaint you will find online about this headset is its weight. Its definitely heavier than other top tier gaming headsets. And while you do get to adjust the tension via the adjustment sliders on the bridge (top) of the headset, after prolonged use you will start to feel the heft of these headphones. For some, such as myself, this is not that bad as I have strong neck muscles and do not suffer from their weight as others might. The headset comes with two detachable cables. One for consoles which should also work on most laptops and cell phones for two way communications; and one with the typical PC dual plugs at one end to pluginto the mic and headphone 3.5mm jacks on your computer, a quick start guide and your typical warranty inserts, etc. Its important to note that for the plug which goes into the left ear cup, you need to make sure that the plug is fully inserted and seated in its receptacle. Otherwise you will not hear the audio as it is meant to be heard and think the headset is damaged. And while this is a removable plug from the headphone part and not hardwired, there really is no threat of the wire coming loose or disconnecting during gameplay as it is well secured. Kudos to Sennheiser for engineering this feature in this manner. For listening to music, this piece delivers superbly. Again, the highs, mid range and lows are articulated supremely due to the high quality speakers in this unit. Overall, I give the Sennheiser GSP 600 a four out of five star rating. I deducted the one star due to the weight. In todays day and age of technology, companies are coming up with creative ways and using advanced materials to produce high quality, lightweight products without sacrificing longevity. I feel Sennheiser could have done a better job in this area at least. But would I recommend this headset to others? Absolutely yes and without a second thought. The quality of sounds is just something thatcannot be overlooked.

For the price I feel these are a complete average set of headphones. The sound is good, the build is sturdy. But for the price I feel their is better in the range. The headset was working badly at the start through the aux as only one head phone was working. But it seems to have rectified the problem and now both work. Just hope its not a dodgy connection through the device. The headset is quite heavy, but it is sturdy. I feel that it might be to heavy for a wired headset as it isn't holding any additional weight for batteries. The lead is strong and study and it is good that they give an aux, an extender lead. The sound is good but not as clear as I think it should be for a gaming headset. I have had these for a couple of weeks now and overall I am happy with themAs expected the sound quality is fantastic, being Sennheiser that was a given and I wasn't disappointed at all on that score. I wasn't keen on the volume control and find it a bit fiddly on the wheel but I'm getting used to it.Game wise they aren't bad, a bit biased towards the game sound so chat can be hard to hear of someone is quiet so that's the main reason they have lost a star. Also they don't work with Discord for caht but then most headsets don't to be fair. They are very comfortable on the head and can be worn no problem for long gaming sessions without being irritating. Excellent sound quality, comfortable (although I do seem to have to tilt it a bit more forward on my head than i'm used to, but not really an issue), haven't had an opportunity yet to get someone else's feedback on the mic quality but sounds quite good to me. I will note that I've got the headset... arms? fully extended to fit comfortably on my head, and I wouldn't say that I have a particularly large head, so keep that in mind.Comes with two different cables, one that I believe it says is for playstation controllers or something, and the other is for PC. The PC one has seperate mic and headphone plugs, while the playstation one has just one plug. My laptop unfortunately only has one audio input, so I had to use the playstation cable for a bit before I got an adapter. After getting the adapter found everything worked fine with the PC cable, but with the playstation one I found that the mic didn't work. However, this may have just been a result of the other minor issue this headset has - the plug in the headset itself seems to be a little weird. I had to push it in further than I first thought, and had to pull it out and put it back in several times before I got correct audio in both ears. Had to be at a specific rotation or something. Don't know if that's a defect of the specific one I got, but there you go. Once I got it in right, hasn't posed any further problems, but I doubt I'll be taking the cable out of the headset very often just in case.Would have rated it 4.5/5 if I could.
I purchased these headphones in January to use with my Xbox Series X. They're used quite often yet have no sign of wear. Extremely comfortable and excellent sound quality, especially in games reliant on spatial audio such as Dead by Daylight. Also, they're incredible with music as well so they really let game soundtracks shine without drowning out sound effects. Very good build quality and very ergonomic. The mic muting when retracted is also a nice feature and the volume knob is very precise and easy to use.
Unboxing these headphones you get a clear feeling that they are a quality item and they feel expensive, everything you would expect from a Sennheiser item costing £150+.On the plus side the sound quality of these is amazing, you an tell that real detail went into creating these headphones, from gaming to listening to music you get such clear and crisp sound that lets you immerse yourself into your favourite music/games.These headphones have a great fit the only downside is after an hour or so gaming they hurt the sides of my ears which can become irritating which from such an expensive product shouldn’t happen. The only other issue was the connector for the headphones which when connecting the aux cable feels like you have to give it a decent push to get them ... As Sennheiser always is, the sound and microphone quality is genuinely top notch. Never had a better headset. Really great range when it comes to Audio and Microphone quality is honestly on-par with some desk mounted streaming microphones. All of that goes out the window with it's design. Looks great and feels ok on the head but the process of putting it on and taking it off your head puts pressure on the sides and sliding mechanism causing the plastic to snap and making the headset completely unusable. If it were a similar design to it's predecessor I'd see it much less likely to break, unfortunately the plastic seems much more brittle and tough rather than the predecessor's more flexible plastic.Very disappointed since they have such great sound quality.
I used this headset from 2018 until 2023 and within that time my earpad seam ripped 3 times. That's incredibly disappointing and i will not buy anything from EPOS again. Which is a shame because the rest of the headset is flawless and i really enjoyed using it. The sound quality is good and the headset cancels a good amount of outside noise.
Unboxing these headphones it is clear that they are a quality item and they feel expensive everything you would expect from a Sennheiser item costing nearly £200. On the plus side of the fit, they are really adjustable and fit really comfortably even when wearing for a number of hours straight as I have been. They are quite heavy though and I think lighter materials would have made more sense for an item of this price. The important bit, sound quality, is in my opinion as good as I have used. Playing games like I do, you need to have good locational awareness from sound and these fully immerse you into the game environment and the detail is crystal clear. I like the adjustable volume on the right ear (although I didn't find it right away) and the guys I play with have told me the sound clarity of my voice in comms is much better, with the ambient sound cancelling doing the job. One downside and it is a small one is the threaded cord between the headset and controller. It is obviously a durable solution and wont deteriate, however as it rubs on your clothes/shoulder it is really loud through the headset.I would recommend these for experienced gamers who want great sound quality and a pair of headphones that are built to last (rage quitting and headphones thrown at the wall included!)I previously had a mid range set of heaphones
Quite surprised at the quality of the headset. Utilised daily for ten days, comfortable and rewarding with the sound.A couple of areas that need updating would include the connections which take a forceful engagement between cable and headset to ensure that is inserted 100% and the exterior volume control isn’t the easiest to use.All in all, happy with the product. Does it justify the full price....questionable.
