Bought this for a wireless audio system and unfortunately it isn't compatible! Contacted Sennheiser and they said it will not work with the DJI Mic and Wireless GO II for some reason. The 3.5mm port pulled out with almost no effort from the DJI Mic so it was useless

I have only used this mic once so far. It was outside on a very windy day for a wedding ceremony. This mic performed leaps and bounds better than Sennheiser's other 2 entry level mics. Don't waste your time with those other mics and upgrade to this one or better. I think this mic sounded great after rolling the highs down a bit and was surprisingly good at dealing with excessive wind.

Yes, there are better mics at $400. There are also much cheaper mics that are almost as good. But this is a great mid-tier option. I don't worry too much about placement, it always seems to do a good job with pickup and not getting external fabric, wind, etc.
