If the price of the ew100 g4 is a little too high, especially when multiple mics are needed. This is a great alternative, and sounds fantastic. The cost of the ew100 may be worth it for more durable mic body build if the mics will travel frequently or be used by lots of different people.

great mic, but if you turn it off, you will get horrendous amount of feedback. Apparently when you shutoff the mic, the reciever does not know what to do, so it will attempt to latch onto any signal it can find. We now know to make everything is muted and receiver is turned off before, turning off mic. Cannot give 5 stars based on this small issue.

It's decent, but definitely not top of the line sennheiser. I am a mobile DJ and got this for smaller gigs where a good mic is not important. It works ok, but nothing like the G4 or G3. O. A scale tofro. 1-10 I'll give it a 6. Simple build , but easy to use. I am thinking your are paying for the name here not quality.

I really like this product. Great performance and a decent price point. There is some noise when holding it. I am considering getting a foam sleeve or something similar to help prevent that.

I just recently purchased the Sennheiser XSW2-835-A Wireless Vocal Microphone Set. This is a great microphone solution. This is the 3rd Sennheiser mic I have used in 15 years cause they last that long! Great product

This is a great mic! I am usually a Shure wireless fan, but the Sennheiser is smoother, easy to operate and just cleaner sounding with little EQ. I love the way it feels in my hand as well! Got a great deal at Sam Ash and Gerald is simply the best sound tech/sales guy there is! His knowledge is superb, and he always answers my questions! I just Purchased one. The 835 is even clearer than the 825 .Can't beat it for the price. Will be in regular use!! I didn't hear any static at all
I have a few of these in my portable PA system. I do mostly lower end production, and they are good enough to get by, and fairly easy to use. They don't fell like they will last a long time though, or take rough handling. Handle with care.They will work in my situation, but I would not recommend them for heavy use or rental type work. Seem like you need to spend about double what these cost to get into better quality gear.
