I bought an Aqua Vac from QVC over a month ago now and I’m still waiting for the fluid. Machine has now sat idle in my utility room for three weeks, as I am unable to use it as there is no fluid available. We registered on Sharks website to be informed when it was available and it was supposed to be available at the end of August. However, there has been no news about it and so we are returning the machine to QVC. it has been an expensive machine to sit there doing nothing. Can’t use another fluid as instructions tell you not to. I refuse to buy it straight from America at a total cost of nearly £50. Come on Shark, you can do better than this. I love your cleaners but this has been a dreadful mis-selling of your goods on QVC. I should think.

At £14 a bottle this floor cleaner is ridiculously expensive. On my calculations you need 75ml each time you use it- so the 1 litre bottle will give approx 13 uses - which works out about £1 a go. However it does smell nice, leaves a lovely sheen on the floor and probably keeps the roller and filter smelling sweet.

At £15 a bottle for 1L I find this absurd. Wouldn’t recommend just because of this, should be used with other cleaning products or a reasonable price for the shark solution products. Solution does not last long maybe 13/14 uses

I bought this from QVC as a TSV. Got through the solution within a week as the tank is small and it required quite a lot of the solutionIt's been sat for weeks not being able to use it.It went back to QVC this week, now I get an email saying the fluid is back in stock. Extremely disappointing tbh.
Goodproduct which worked well on my floors but cleaner fluid supplied ran out quickly and I had to send away within a week for more through amazon. Would be better if larger bottle supplied with machine and some available at electrical distributor shops
I’ve given such a low score for tge Hydrovac, not because it’s not a great machine, but the fact I’m another person who cannot use it due to no solution being available. So frustrating 😡. I also bought this from qvc, and seriously thinking of returning it for this reason. What is going on Shark, you’re able to supply small bottles with irs purchase. I’m confused!
Perfect addition to the hydrovac. Smells nice and a decent size bottle so will last a fair while. Doesnt leave any residue on the floor after use. Nice product
The cleaning fluid is great. It smells lovely, cleans really well and tackles bad odours. I've given it three stars as I think it's outrageous that Shark are selling a machine that costs £250 and ties you into buying their products.
Love this cleaner couldn't fault it but finding the cleaning solution is a joke, it totally renders the machine useless! Not available anywhere else so don't buy the machine as good as it is. Thought I had found my perfect cleaner it leaves laminate floors grit free but I can't use it now! Get your act together Shark
Love the hydro vac but it goes through 2 lots of the concentrate to clean a one bed property! Have now run out of solution and unable to use the hydro vac, thinking of returning it as it’s useless just sitting in a corner. Very disappointed and feel it’s expensive to use if it uses so much cleaning fluid per use. It doesn’t clean edge to edge so you have to go around your rooms and clean the inch all the way around by hand which is a pain when you have all hard flooring.
