This little device is nothing short of a miracle . We have a new puppy and of course there has been many accidents on our carpet . The pet extractor tool is excellent, it captures all the urine in its own tank and doesn’t make the rest of the unit smell . It’s got so much sucking power ,it really extracts all of the liquid . Then there’s the spray of solutions, it's smells lovely and if left for a little bit and then extracted removes all the odour and the stains. It makes the carpet look brand new again. We have a main carpet cleaner which is cumbersone to clean after use and just a pain to set up. Where as the Shark so easy to clean all parts just clip off or slide off and can rinse under the tap. As realistically you won't use a whole tank if you're just doing a small area. And may not need to use the machine again for a few days or weeks?You can't leave the solution in the tank to use it again later as the water will go off as it's not fresh.Also when mixing the deep clean solution in you have to apply it last once the tank is full of water as the measuring line for the solution is higher than the water lineAgain this means you can't partially fill it to a smaller amount of water as you won't know how much solution to addThis makes it a very expensive machine. Bought this for cleaning the stairs, dining chairs and sofa on a regular basis from the dirt and grime from three large dogs and it hasn't disappointed.I previously used another well know carpet cleaner and its attachments for small cleaning areas but always seemed to end up with leaking connections and wet furniture that couldn't be sat on for hours.. Not any more.Can be used pretty much straight out of the box and, after use, stores away easily.The amount of dirt it removed surprised and shamed me. I thought the carpet was only slightly dirty..until i used this 🤦🏻‍♂️Its easy to use and,even when full, isn't too heavy to carry.A great bit of kit for cleaning those smaller areas when other brand upright cleaners with attachments are too much hassle to set up.

I returned this and was sent a replacement. The second worked really well and actually did a really good job on cleaning the seats and carpets, handy because of the size too. Sadly, however, when I went to use it again a week or so later I noticed the pipe connecting the end nozzle had split, thus putting it out of action. I think this was cased due to the strain on the hose as the storage allows you to wrap the hose round the machine then hook the nozzle onto the side of the machine, however, this is actually really tight so I think the tension has caused this to tear the pipe. I purchased this as my current carpet vac doesn't have accessories to clean the stairs or car. I also wanted something lightweight and portable for any unexpected spills. I had borrowed a friend's cordless machine (another brand) and wasn't impressed. I thought with this being Shark and Corded it might be more powerful. Only had it a few weeks. So far cleaned the stairs and car seats and these look like new. I also used it on the sofa. I have a Newfie who has a very oily coat so was leaving a tide mark on the sofa when he passed it. Can honestly say I was amazed how quick and effortless it was to remove with this. The bottles of solution smell nice too. Great results all round.

Having used this for the last 4 months, along with the official StainStriker cleaner I can honestly tell you that this does not work. We have short carpets and have been using it almost instantly after an accident and my dog is still urinating indoors. The spray feature is lacklustre and the suction is pitiful - you could run over the cleaning solution with any of the attachments after spraying it a 1000 times and there would still be residue left behind. There have been times when I've used a full tank on a single stain and the next day urine smell is still present. I missed one deal on Amazon for £109.99 but never mind I am still over the moon with it.Pets stain remover is fantastic as I have collies and hairs, stain or an accident happens sometimes but this product is magical. My carpet cleaner did not show up or texted me I just went this morning and bought one (last one) so chuffed .Takes time to cleaned as I do like everything perfect but I noticed a wee hose is plastic. I read all the reviews before I bought this, and due to it having the pet attachment and me having 2 dogs, one of which is still a pup, I decided I needed this little machine. Oh boy am I glad I purchased it. The pet side of it is brilliant for those little accidents, and I also actually used it to clean individual segments of a small multicoloured rug in my hallway and it did a fantastic job brightening up and cleaning the lighter parts. The mixture smells good too and it sucks up enough moisture afterwards to almost dry the area. The optional brush/scrubbing tool is very handy too. With a little bit of elbow grease and the extra oxy multiplier clean is achieved.All in all, it’s made life a little easier for a 64 year old disabled woman. Thank you.

These along with the different attachments and powerful suction of the machine ensure an effective and efficient removal of stains, so well that now I have extremely clean patches in comparison to the rest of my carpet.The only negative I have experienced and been unable to correct is the leaking of water from the machine whilst in action. This has resulted in damp patches on the flooring whilst in use. I have chosen to place the machine on a tray to catch the escaping water, however, unsure if this is just my model presenting with this or if it is a common problem.
