Purchased in August because I liked that it said it was lightweight, and how everything sits onto an organized stand so it wouldn’t fall all over the place in the closet. That aspect is decently designed. However, I used this for mild cleaning around the house and now in January; it is completely unusable and doesn’t pickup anything. I have long curly hair so I thought the brush attachment wouldn’t tangled due to the sponge like spinning pieces, but it definitely gets stuck; and I’ve had many a meltdowns trying to get my hair out. I don’t have pets or children, and we live in a shoes off apartment. I don’t recommend this product to anyone, it’s terrible.

This is not the most perfect cordless vacuum but if you know its shortcomings and are ok with them, it may very well be.Cons: battery life - about 15 mins in handheld mode and 12 in upright mode with the roller head. Dust bin - small, will need to empty a few times in a single vaccuming session, but depends on how dirty your place is. Cost - I got it on sale but still thought it was on the expensive side. Suction power - in handheld mode it's not super powerful, but enough to pick up the everyday debris.Pros: easy to use - It's strange but I actually vacuum a lot more frequently now after buying this. Probably because it's so easy to use and so handy. It's lightweight so it's easy to use one handed and the roller head has good maneuverability. Removable battery - I listed this as a con before if you only have 1 battery. I ended up buying a spare one with a charger and solved the issue. 25-30 mins of runtime is more than enough for my use. Hardwood floor performance - in handheld mode it's not super powerful, but adding the roller head makes a big difference in pickup power! Works really well and the hairs don't get tangled up. Design - it's probably one of the nicer designs on the market, if this is something you care about.Overall, if you can manage the battery life and the dust bin, and know it's limitations, you will love this handy vacuum. It will not replace a big upright vacuum or manage a home with lots of carpeted areas, but excels for apartments or smaller homes with mostly hardwood floor.Notes: the actual color of the vacuum is not like in the pictures, it's more of a grey color with a tint of blue. I think they call it Grey Slate. Also, you can take out the "cyclone" part from the dust bin, by opening the hinge with a little bit of force and it'll open to 90 degrees. The instructions don't say it and I was afraid to break it at first, but watched Shark's YouTube videos where they showed you how to do it.

The WandVac was well worth the purchase. Powerful enough for fast, clean up for kitchens, baths, and areas with high traffic. Not recommended for overall deep cleaning. The WandVac will help put a dent in it for you though. Great for window sills, base boards, Shaker doors, cabinets and hard to reach corners. An additional battery or two, charged and ready to go is recommended. Shark Team, nailed it. Thank you. Can’t wait for updates on this. Suggestions: on board tool holder, easier access to roller/brush casing for cleaning. Ability to purchase in store replacement parts especially for filter.

This seemed nice on paper… It looks nice, it’s light, but just heavy enough to feel like quality… it was even great in person for the first little while! BUT, it stopped being great just after it became non-returnable. It doesn’t work. The only way it actually picks up dirt or anything is if I JUST use the handle part of it. No attachments. That defeats the purpose of this vacuum. I could have saved a couple hundred bucks and gotten a decent hand vacuum. I will never recommend this to anyone, and I’m so upset that I’m not STUCK with it. Avoid at all costs. A dirt devil would beat this any day.
I have owned this cordless stick Vacuum for a little over a year. I absolutely love it! I use my larger corded Shark once or twice a week and use this in between. I have a small dog, who doesn't shed, but there is still hair to pick up. I live in a two bedroom apartment and have never had the battery die before I was finished using it. I also can take the part with the motor in it out to my car and use g one of the attachments, I can clean the carpeting in the car. If you are using it as your only vacuum, I think you're expecting too much, but as something to grab quickly or to pick up between regular more intense vacuuming, it's great!!!
I have had this for about a month now and I do have some things to say about it. First off, the pros:Very east to use and set up. I can't tell you how nice it is to just pick this up and use it WITHOUT having to plug it in. Just pick it up and go.I love how east it is to take the top part off for when I have to get under areas the vaccum can't.I love how easy it is to empty the vacuum out. Simply press a button and release the dirt. No dust flying everywhere.Cons-The battery life is atrocious. I can't vacuum my 1200 sq home all the way without it dying. It is very annoying when you are all set on cleaning and getting it done quick and then to have the battery die and wait an hour or more before it charges back up.The dust area is very small. Some people may love this, because the don't want dust flying everywhere, and I love that to, however, the area is so small that after just a little vacuuming, the vacuum suck is really bad and you have to dump the dust. The last thing is, the add ons for the hand part of the vacuum does not connect to the body of the vacuum, so you have to hold them in your hand, pocket or walk over to the charging station and grab it. Minor annoyance but felt like it needed to be said.Overall, a great vacuum for small areas and little cleanups for everyday use, not great for a big clean day.
This is the third Shark in our house (all different types), and I really do like them all. This is a very sleek, attractive design, light and easy to use, and the power is surprisingly good for such a small vacuum. I just have three things on my wish list for future improvements:1. LED lights on the floor nozzle - I have gotten hooked on your LED lights, and it's the only way to see all the pet fur on hard floors. I was disappointed that this one didn't have the lights.2. Better battery life - As others mentioned, the battery only lasts about 10 minutes. I read the reviews first and bought a spare, so it hasn't been a big deal thanks to the extra battery, but 10 minutes isn't very long.3. A slightly larger dust cup would be good - I know the idea was to keep ... MoreThis is the third Shark in our house (all different types), and I really do like them all. Nice job, once again!
I was SO EXCITED to get this vacuum, I have the apex duo and I love it! Shark I think should’ve taken more time with this to get some things right. Here are some things I noticed within the first use:1-the battery life is horrible- if you use it on carpet it goes even faster! I recommend getting a second battery if you get this vacuum.2- the battery is heavy so when you use it in an upright position, forget walking away- it will not stand on its own. It’s too heavy so the vacuum falls over.3- they give you two attachments which is nice but there is only one place to store one attachment so the other just sits awkwardly wherever you put it.4- it misses a lot of smaller things like grass tracked inside, dog hair, etc. you have to go over areas multiple times ... MoreI was SO EXCITED to get this vacuum, I have the apex duo and I love it! I love not having the cord and having to drag that out.6- the handheld piece is easy to use and makes cleaning stairs easy- so long as you are fast! The battery wont even last to get my entire stairs.7- the color options are fantastic! I love having more options for that.8- the dust cup doesn’t hold very much but I didn’t expect it to being so slim and turning into a handheld.9- you can charge it in multiple positions and that’s also nice.I am still a shark fan and feel they have the best products on the market but I am disappointed with this one. I thought about returning it for something else but decided to just keep it- I like the color and it’s handy for quick messes I need to clean. If you’re looking for a powerful vacuum to do your main cleaning with- don’t get this one. Maybe it wasn’t meant to be able to vacuum the entire house (considering I can’t even finish my downstairs before the battery dies and that’s all hardwood). If you have a small apartment that doesn’t need a lot of vacuuming at once this would be perfect for you- it’s small so doesn’t take a lot of room. I would say you can master about 1,300 sqft cleaning before the battery dies (hardwood) less for carpet- if you’re a deep cleaner and make sure to get all the corners when you clean. I bought it for my downstairs so I can have one upstairs and one downstairs, I have a feeling on those summer days when my kids and dogs are tracking more inside I’ll be running up and down with my apex because this won’t cut it.My entire home is 3040 sqft. Hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. To vacuum the entire house at once I would need to go through at least 4 batteries. And that’s just the floors, not baseboards, stairs, under furniture, or anything on the ceiling like cobwebs. I truly love the idea of this system and hope that Shark builds on it and improves this model.
I am fan of Shark products and own several. They are generally well-thought out, well-built, and perform well. As a plus, their customer service is outstanding. That said, I found the Wandvac System WS632 falls short of what I would expect from Shark.Wandvac pros and cons:Pros:• Versatility: The system components allow cleaning of hard floors and carpets, removing pet hair, etc. from furniture, high cleaning using the extension, and tight areas/counter tops/etc. using the wand by itself.• Pet hair removal is particularly good.• Self-cleaning brushroll which minimizes having to pull out wound up fibers by hand.• Charging base that also provides a stand for all components.• If the product fails, there is a 5-year limited warranty.Cons:• Hand vac ... MoreI am fan of Shark products and own several. After charging the battery overnight, I used it on wood floors, again getting about 15 minutes. Bottom line is you cannot expect to vacuum your house in a single work session. You’d have to wait several hours for the battery to recharge. The only way to finish your floors in a single session would be to buy another battery at additional cost. In doing some research, I learned the run time expectation of a fully charged battery is about 8-17 minutes (not disclosed in the specs or accompanying material), depending on the task and power level used. Other than vacuuming a very small floor area or doing a quick spot cleaning job using the wand portion, this system is not likely to complete your task. For spot cleaning, the Shark stand-alone hand vac is ideal and plenty powerful. I own two of them, and they are great! In summary, the Shark Wandvac System WS632 does an excellent job…….for about 15 minutes.
Absolutely love this vacuum. Very powerful for such a small machine. I use it for quick clean ups. I have two cats so I like to do a quick vacuum daily to minimize cat hair. I love the way it comes apart so I can use the wand section on my steps.A couple things to keep in mind if you're thinking about getting this vacuum: 1 - it will not replace your full size vacuum. The battery only lasts about 15 minutes before it needs to be recharged so while it's great for quick clean ups don't expect to clean your whole house on one charge. I primarily use it on hard floor surfaces, but it's pretty good on carpet too. And it's great for cleaning areas I can't get to with my full size vacuum (like under beds and furniture). And 2 - mine sometimes makes a high pitched whistle ... MoreAbsolutely love this vacuum. Very powerful for such a small machine. I use it for quick clean ups.
