Sharpie Creative Markers Assorted Set of 12 - Waterproof Marker Pen

These Sharpie Acrylic Creative Markers, Bullet Point 5PK are perfect for crafting. I particularly enjoyed using them on glass, not only are they great for marking bottles and jars etc, I was able to create an effective stained glass window effect to border the glass panel of my front door. The strong colours stay true on many different surfaces including glass and wood. The colours layer beautifully with no bleeding. Upon receiving the Sharpie Acrylic Creative Markers, I was initially amazed by the look and feel of the markers. I love how they came in an assortment of colors, and I would love to see even more variety of colors. I did quite a few projects with these markers with my three-year-old daughter. We used them to color on wood, paper, and even on ceramic. The bullet tip was perfect for every surface that we tried, and the color was vibrant on each surface as well. My favorite part of these markers was the versatility. I love that this one set of markers can be used to create on so many different surfaces! I can’t wait to try them on even more mediums!

I'm actually OBSESSED with these paint pens!! I picked these up on clearance and wasn't sure what to expect, but tried them out and I'm hooked! These are versatile and easy to use pens. The paint flows out pretty easy, just tired to shake the pen to get things moving, and it dries fast which is good for my project. They don't have a strong odor, which was a concern of mine. I'm using these on faux leather boots for an art project, as you can see in my pictures, and these pens have done everything I wanted and then some! Blending doesn't ruin the tips as long as you blot on a paper towel after. I love the vibrancy of the colors and the ease of use. Sooo much better than using a paint brush and paint tubes! Now I can easily work and take it on the go.

FANTASTIC -in a category by themselves!

These are fantastic acrylic paint pens that need no “priming” like Posca pens do. so, no puddling gush of ink that happens with other paint or chalk pens. I needed a pen that would be opaque over paint for my first graders to use to decorate an art project. In the past, I’ve wanted to let them use chalk, pens, or acrylic Posca pens, but I knew it would be a giant mess and those pens are so expensive and I thought they would get ruined. Enter the sharpie creative marker. The students were able to use them easily with no puddling ink or paint. They did not ruin the tips. Smooth and Bold

Sharpie Creative Markers come with 12 colors that can be used for any project. They color and write very smoothly. I tried on coloring book first to get an idea, but then wrote on a coffee mug as well. The colors are bold and vibrant. They have a chalk paint type feel after used and dried quickly. Once dried on the coffee mug, it did not smear off by hand easily, but will smear over time and if washed without a proper sealing. Definitely will be using this in more craft projects very soon.The markers are thicker and easier to hold, the caps click on to the bottom of the marker and there is a color marker line on the pens that still shows when the caps are on the back as well. Very helpful if you are switching back and forth between a few colors during a project.

The most amazing colours from Sharpie

I can't believe how great the colours are with this new Sharpies. I am so glad to buy them. I tried them on different paper and even painted on my water bottle, and all turned out fantastic. I'm compelled now to buy more bottles so I can draw on them!The colours are simply amazing, really vibrant on dark and white background. Very happy with the news colours and so versatile on different surfaces. I definitely recommend this for any arts crafts hobbyist!

[Rewarded Review] Great acrylic brush tip pens with Sharpie quality.

These are great acrylic brush tip pens to use for under painting on canvas. Because they do not lift when using gouache or watercolor paint/pencils on top, they allow for great layering. Also, when used over or mixed with acrylic airbrush medium/acrylic retarder, they give you a slower drying time, allowing for blending and color gradations with out adding water ( although you can do that to dilute and blend colors).

[Rewarded Review] Not permanent like the regular sharpie line

I use these in multimedium type paintings. Tested on a few acrylic paintings for special effect outlines etc. Looks great! Only problem is when sealing the painting with a clear coat, they tend to "release" again and smudge. That is not good considering they should be permanent like the rest of the Sharpie line. One needs to dab on the clear coat carefully as opposed to brush on. Then is seems to work, but time consuming.

These Sharpies are amazing! So smooth and vibrant! My kids both want their own! I love that they don’t bleed through paper and that you can layer them without them smearing or blending. I can get really clean, sharp edges with these Sharpies!!! Just need them in a thinner tip for better detailing… 😁❤️

lack of control

I felt I could not control the amount of paint I was using. The bullet point will not do a fine or thinner line. Both sizes are needed to really do a painting. Bullet point are good for larger areas to cover. They do cover well. Be sure to only use them on smooth surfaces. Painted a few stone/small rocks and they had some irregular spots and the felt tip began to shred a little.
