I purchased the Astrobrights® Color Multi-Use Printer & Copier Paper and our office is very happy with this product. The colors are vibrant for any occasion or use and the paper is durable. The ream of 500 sheets lasts a long time. We will definitely purchase this paper again.

Tested drawing lines on white envelope first, all was very good. Started using it on partially missing silver lettering on a fabric book cover. Paint did not come out. Pressed point on scrap paper a few times or too hard and pool of paint came out. Dipped pen point in the pool repeatedly and used it like a paint brush. Sharpie and Craftsmart pens behaved the same. Maybe pen tip got clogged with fabric dust. Cleaned tip, did not help. Only Craftsmart thick chisel point paint pen worked properly.

I needed a permanent style marker to put info on a black plastic tote. Plastic is hard to mark because it can streak or be rubbed off. This silver-colored marker is paint-based and won't run if gotten wet. The only slight issue I had was getting it started. You have to shake it hard and keep pressing the tip down until it releases. After that, it worked fine.

These are so handy for so many things and I have so many craft ideas just flowing out of my head. Before I start a more detailed project I wanted to get the hang of the paint flow and practice first. I like how they kept the concept of these sharpies simple. Not to bulky and easy to hold and grip while writing. It took a bit of shaking and pressing down to get the paint flow going and I kept the package and a piece of cardboard handy to lay my sharpie on in between colors. I got the set of five and each sharpie was individually wrapped. So to get started I had some planter tags I wanted to place in my garden. Just thought it would be a cute added touch. I tried all of the colors but I didn't use the white since my tags are white. I really liked how I had control over my writing and the paint flowed steadily out without dripping and dried almost instantly. Also the paint was much brighter and bold than I thought it would be. Now that my first experience went so well I will definitely use these for the rest of my craft projects. I want to try some mugs next as gifts. I highly recommend these paints for drying fast and water resistant!
These oil paint markers are the answer to an artist's dream! I gave up painting in oil years ago due to the difficulty cleaning the brushes and disposing of used turpentine, and limited my painting to acrylics. Now I can resume painting in oil again, and use my acrylics for the base or backgrounds, so they haven't gone to waste. I am so thrilled to be able to paint with oils again, no muss, no fuss, just paint! #sweepstakes
Who would need a glitter paint pen? Well, apparently me!I don’t understand it but with an ultra-fine tip, lots of sparkle and some brilliant colors, this pen set became my favorite to add a little something extra. The paint goes on thick and you can feel it slightly raised on the surface. It writes on almost anything but on non-porous surfaces it needs about 30 seconds to dry so it doesn’t smear. It can be cleaned off of these hard surfaces. If you use it on something hard that will be rubbed a lot, it will wear of. For example, I used these pens on a holiday popcorn tin container. Once dried, I could handle the painted section and it was fine. But if I took my nail, I could start to scrape off the design.I’ve included a few photos. Paint on metal and plastic, paint on paper angled to light to show sparkle, paint on paper overlapping colors to see what would happen. The performance on metal and plastic was good after 30 seconds drying.Paper performance was great. You might notice a little dripping from one of the colors. This was user error, I had just started to saturate the tip on its first use and I got a little spatter. Once the tip is saturated, the color stayed exactly where you put it.
I bought these hoping I could use them to sketch under paintings for oils. I tried directly contacting the company in order to determine if the chemistry would work or if the resultant paint film would be impermanent. First I checked everything online and only found anecdotal accounts of writing on top of oils so I contacted the company who repeated the same accounts. Then after I asked again they sent me a complex legal form with which to request the technical details of the composition of the "oil paint" in the pens. No answer was forthcoming. A real pity that makes these useless for me.
we use these large bold markers for signs on trails. You have to be careful not to overload the paint or it will drip. Just take your time and give the pen a chance to load - then use as normal. wait a minute to let it dry. we find that the ink lasts about 2 years outside in the weather. that's amazing! permanent markers last about 4 months. so, the extra minute you spend with these paint markers is well worth it.
I have a few of the black oil based paint pens and I love them. So I figured the white pen would be great too. I was wrong. this pen is junk and I can't get to to write. If you press the tip a blob of paint comes out but even then, you can't spread it and make it look decent. I tried on paper, wood and cardboard and could not get it to work on any of them. I would try to return it if it didn't cost me more to get there to return it.
I really like these paint markers. I like to get my grandkids their own drink glasses so they aren't always fighting over which one's are theirs. I've tried sharpies and different kinds of paint and it always wears off within a couple of days. I tried one of these pens and wrote a name on the glass and it's been a couple of weeks and the name is still on there as dark as when I first wrote the name on the glass. No signs of fading at all. The dry quick. Since that worked, I can now start making glasses and drawing pictures and painting them on the glasses. The kids also use them for coloring rocks for the flower bed. I am completely impressed on how well these sharpies work. I would definitely recommend these pens to anyone that likes doing crafts. The fine tips ... MoreI really like these paint markers. They give you smooth lines. These will be added to my art supplies.
